Diagnosed and ordered the needed part the same day called. The part was installed early the next day.

The Harners called when they were on their way and arrived within the window they gave. When I called and made the appointment, Mrs. Harner diagnosed the problem and ordered the part while I was on the phone so they could make the repair in one visit. She was correct in her diagnosis and they completed the repair quickly all the time letting me know what they were doing. We have wood floors in our kitchen and they were extra careful with their work—no scratches! The heating element in our oven was fused to the metal in the bottom of the oven which made its removal difficult. Me. Harner was up to the challenge and was able to remove the old element (otherwise we would have had to buy a new stove!) They tested the stove before they left and made sure the stove was snugly back in its place. Mrs. Harner told gave me an estimate when I made the repair appointment and was within $10 of the actual cost. The Harners are friendly and direct and I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Thank you for extending the life of our stove, being efficient workers, and I almost forgot to mention that you impressed me by being kind to our dog. Thanks again!

Kevin fixed both problems while his wife assisted and made calls for parts. It was a well-oiled machine. The prices were very reasonable. He spent over an hour at my house the first time and charged $100 which included the $65 diagnostic fee then came back a few days later after ordering a part and only charged me for the part. Very fair pricing.

Great customer experience. Dryer wouldn't start on Tuesday, called Kevin Harner Appliance Service and they were out Wednesday to make the repair. Karen and Kevin showed up promptly, made the repair and our dryer was working again by mid-day. Their service was efficient and effective. They'll remain at the top of my list for appliance repair.

Excellent. When I first called I spoke to the wife. She is by no means a scheduler. She asked me what the problem was and had me go to the fridge and proceeded to go thru several checks to see if it was something simple. She spent 10 minutes or so walking me thru these checks to possibly prevent a service call. She knows her stuff. Still needed service call and her and husband came out next day. They diagnosed problem, ordered parts and fixed the problem. This is a husband and wife team. They are ethical, prompt and I would never consider dealing with anybody else for appliance repair. I could not give them a high enough recommendation. First time using Angie's list and first time using this business.

Once again the Harners deliver. Called with a dryer problem they arrived, diagnosed the problem, replaced some parts and were on their way. All within the time frame they quoted. Very professional, neat and efficient. Don't hesitate to use them.

Punctual and professional. Gave an honest recommendation that we'd be better off replacing the washer than repairing it. We've hired them before and won't hesitate to do so again.

Kevin Harner Appliance Repair was called in following the third failure of a Frigidaire Refrigerator/Freezer after two previous unsuccessful repair attempts were made within weeks of each other by the same repairman at the top of Frigidaires recommended service repair vendor's list. During the troubleshooting, Kevin discovered that the thermostat had been wired incorrectly on the second repair creating too much heat, causing items in the freezer to defrost--not to mention the safety hazard created! The Harner's were prompt, personable, and got the job done for a very reasonable price. I have notified Frigidaire that their clients would be much better served by having Harner Appliance Repair on their recommended vendor list. I would suggest calling and checking them out first when an appliance repair is needed.

They are very prompt, friendly, confident in what they do and called before they arrived. When they arrived they had what they needed and took care of me immediately and explained things. These two as a team were over the top and do the right thing! I highly recommend them and was happy with the fee.

Responded promptly. Ordered necessary parts. They called when parts arrived to schedule the service date and time window; and then called again when they were on their way.

They arrived as promised, and quickly diagnosed the problem, cleaned out lint and "debris" from the outside lint vent, the dryer lint vent, and the vent pipe. I was charged for a service call, and the labor. Both fees were quite reasonable.

These folks are wonderful! Family-owned business - husband and wife work well together. They found the source of the leak, fixed it and charged only for a service call even though they were here more than an hour. They keep up-to-date on the latest diagnostics. They took extra care with the washer and anything near it, they spent the extra time making sure the problem was fixed and everything was clean and back in place. Great quality work at a great price and I enjoyed working with them. Hire Harner's for any appliance repair needs...I certainly will.

I received prompt service and Karen and Kevin were very knowledgable and they do not try to sell you parts that you do not need. They are very reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again!

They answered the phone promptly when I called, Karen asked for the model number and the problem and they brought the right part for the repair. She called about 15 minutes ahead of their arrival, which was as set up on the phone 2 days earlier -- between noon and 2 pm. My pup Dega was overly enthusiastic greeting them but they were unpreturbed. Kevin got right down to business after greeting the pups (the other one isn't quite so overwhelmingly enthusiastic about meeting new folks). After checking what he thought was wrong, he replaced the glow igniter and the oven was tested to make sure it would get to temp. They also checked out the stove-top burner but since the range is 12 years old they advised that the parts and labor weren't worth it if I could live with the work-around to use that burner (which I can). They gave me a magnetic business card and a couple of other regular business cards to share. I would call them again for future large appliance repairs.

It went smoothly and efficiently. They found the problem with the icemaker almost immediate and got it working properly in no time. Then they checked the disposal to find a turkey pin had gotten into the disposal (at thanksgiving). Kevin's wife Karen put her hand into the disposal and came up with the pin after a bit. They were a great team. I will call them again and recommend them to all.
