This business does not respond to email or phone. Project never got started. He has $375.00 down payment. Where is this person? Mailbox is full. Did this person go out of business? What can be done about this shoddy business practice?

I thought Authentic Concrete was wonderful from start to finish. Eric came out right away and explained everything and was very professional. The last 2 days, his wife Laura came. I can't say enough about her. I explained exactly what I wanted in colors. It was a blend of maybe 5 different shades. Laura nailed it. It was perfect. She did a phenomenal job. A top notch company!

Eric was quick to come out to give an estimate, he took the time to understand what I was looking for in my 3 car garage and gave me several options. He included the option that he thought was the most cost effective to meet my goals. At no point did he try to up sell a service that we didn't want. He was great to work with, communicated with us throughout the project and did a great job. We are extremely pleased with the final look of our clear epoxied garage floor!

Since the floor went in, we had some chipping. Eric told us he would come by on two separate occasions to fix. He never showed. He never called to reschedule. We were very pleased initially, but have been extremely disappointed with his follow-up customer service. I will change this review if we ever get an acceptable fix.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the job done by Eric on our sidewalk and porch. He did an outstanding job matching the brick from the façade of our house. He was very professional from the beginning to the completion of the job. He provided us with a detailed estimate and there were no surprises at the completion of the job. We found the quality of his workmanship to be outstanding and his price to be reasonable. We have received numerous compliments from friends and family on the beauty of our sidewalk and porch. We would not hesitate to recommend Eric and Lori to anyone thinking of having their sidewalks stamped and sealed.

I hired this company because I wanted to give my money to a small, local business and I'm so sorry I did not go with a larger, more professional company. I stressed to Eric numerous times that because this overlay would be in my main living area (entire first floor of my home) that I wanted a smooth, not textured surface. His response to me was "I can make it as smooth as you'd like". Now, here I am with a textured floor. I am happy with the colors, but that is all I'm satisfied with. They left my house full of trash and had zero respect for my home or belongings. They left trash, including lids from a can of epoxy, in my kitchen sink, along with the hand towels that were hanging on my stove. They were stained, dirty, and damp with a strong odor of mildew and had to be thrown away. They also left used, wet rags and used paper towels on my front porch and in the yard. On one side of the front yard there is a huge area of dust and large concrete particles so I'm assuming they dumped the contents of one of their machines in my grass. They even forgot a broom, which I found laying in the middle of my front yard. Eric also told me that they would remove and dispose of the old flooring in my home. What they actually did with it was put it in large black contractor bags, shove as much of it into my trash cans, and when those were full they left the rest of the bags of garbage on the ground at the end of my driveway. In addition, they removed baseboards from my bathroom and the entrance-way into the kitchen when they were grinding the floors and they never put them back. I found some on my stairs and some in my kitchen sink. On the last day of the job Eric tried to charge me more than he initially quoted me because the job took him longer than expected. Nowhere in the quote did it state a timeframe the job needed to be finished without charging extra. He also claimed the extra $325 was because he had to replace ALL of the hardware under my toilet because he had to remove it to install the flooring. First, that's standard practice when installing flooring in bathrooms, and second, the only hardware under a toilet is the wax ring, which costs between .99-$5.00. Another thing Eric told me when quoting me was that even though they had to grind the concrete there would not be a lot of dust because the machines suck most of it up. On the last day of the job I noticed my thermostat was turned up to 80 degrees, which I did not do and I was the only other person in the house. I asked Eric if they turned it up and he say no and essentially called me a liar. It was 12 degrees outside and the thermostat was turned up to 80, however, it was only 54 degrees in my house. It continue to get colder and my home was down in the 40s. Eric swore that this had nothing to do with the job or anyone who was in my home. After spending two days without heat I was finally able to get an HVAC company in and they determined that my entire HVAC system was clogg

Good experience.

Eric, his wife,Lori, and the whole crew were wonderful. They came out on one of the hottest weeks this summer and with every day there was a chance of rain. The work that was done depended on sunny days. I was very impressed with the technique they used to apply the coloring. Eric and Lori were on their knees applying the colors and sponging. They worked very diligently and when they were done, I couldn't believe how beautiful the patio turned out. It's a work of art. I would definitely refer them to anyone who wants this type of work done. We are already planning on having our front porch done next year. I wouldn't want anyone else doing the work other than Eric and Lori.

Erica owner of company was prompt to arrive for estimate then after his sub did job he never returned phone calls or did he ever return to seal the concrete as promised on the contract. Wouldn't suggest anyone to deal with someone like we did. Had several estimates we decided to give a local guy and someone still raising a family the job WHAT A MISTAKE , WE GIVE HIME A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE AND NOT RECOMMENDED TO HIRE

The only reason I gave them 4.5 on customer service was that I am not crazy about the way the yard looked after they were done. They brought heavy equipment into the yard after the heavy rains and tore it up some. They did try to fix & reseed it, but they didn't do a great job at that. The ground was very uneven and the seed didn't take very well due to the abundance of hay. But the concrete work looks great!! I will hire them again for another job we'd like done.

Excellent workmanship. The job turned out exactly as pictured in the sample. Anyone who comes to visit is surprised to find out it is cement. I have had many people ask me for the name of the contractor.

Joe Kobe and Sons did a great job. Joe knew we were anxious to get the patio fixed (broken bricks, pitted concrete) because we are putting our house up for sale. He fit us in his busy schedule, was easily reached, and always on time. He takes pride in his work and did a very professional job. We are very pleased.

Eric and his wife were wonderful to work with. They visited our home twice to review the job (concrete overlay on Front Porch) and gave us help in deciding what we should do from a design perspective. They were very professional and a great value for the service. We get nothing but compliments and I'm sure they will get referrals from the work they did for us!

I signed up to get an estimate from Home Advisor and the owner of Authentic Concrete Solutions "Eric" called the next day and was in my driveway with an awsome estimate and beautiful pictures to choose from. We have had other contractors up to visit our basement and one contracter would not touch our badly poured concrete basement floor. But Eric had no hesitations and started the following week, it took his crew 5 days as was stated and the did an amazing beautiful job. I highly reccomend Authentic Concrete Solutions to anyone who needs a concrete makeover for a very reasonable price. Great job and great people.
