The floor was completed in two sections. They did not match in coloring. They made an apron effect next to the fireplace hearth. The color was much darker than the stone they were to match it to. Pleasant workers.

There is no communication from Eric unless the Customer makes repeated attempts. The site survey and estimate for a sidewalk, sun room, and patio was finally done circa October, 2017. I received the contract and provided a down payment in December, 2017 to get scheduled ahead of the home-show rush. The project was completed the end of May 2018. Eric worked very professionally and efficiently. The results were beautiful. By Spring of 2019 about 3 square feet of the patio was losing color. After a phone call and 2 emails with pictures in April 2019, Eric responded that it needed recolored and resealed. He anticipated doing the work in May 2019. The repairs have not been done and the faded area is now 5-6 square feet. September, 2019 following more phone calls and emails Eric finally responded repeating that it needs recolored and a solvent sealer applied, but because his Father-in-Law had passed away he did not know when he would get to me. It is now November, 2019. I have heard nothing from him but have seen many social media posts of newly completed jobs.

It is amazing what they did to our bland concrete! Beautiful and everyone that sees it just raves about it. Great people!

They can be relied upon to offer their expertise in order to produce a product that meets all your expectations and then some. I highly recommend them without hesitation. This is the second time we have hired Authentic Concrete Solutions and would not hesitate to contract with them again. I wish I had another project for them to do for us but perhaps in the future.

DO NOT HIRE. I was initially excited to work with a small business owner who seemed to know what he was taking about. I was wrong. He epoxied my garage floors with a clear coat. This was 3 months ago. There are light spots around the edges where there isn t enough epoxy and after one job using Knocker Loose the epoxy floor is ruined. The owner told me this is a super strong floor and I will never have an issue with it he was so confident he gives it a life time warranty. Well it needs repair already and I can t get ahold of him. His voicemail is full and when he replies to text he will make promises to call me back and never does or tell me he will have someone out by the end of the week to finish. Unfortunately it looks like this may have to be solved with the better business bureau and small claims court. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.
