From Start to finish Ricardo was a pro... 1st he gave a thorough explanation of everything he would do or try to do...especially in the case of heavy traffic area soils..(we have a large dog too) Then he went right to work.. explaining what he would be doing as he was getting ready for the next step he instructed us as well etc.. He left nothing undone or unexplained.. All this was done in less than 3 hours.. and what a great job he did too.

Arrived on time. Staff was very friendly & courteous. Did a great job - will use again.

The 2 men were punctual, professional and completed job in a timely manner. Liked the results so much got an estimate for another project for them to do. Very Satisfied!

It went so well, that I'm already planning on having them back for additional cleaning services. Will be requesting Santos return to perform his magic.

This was the second time that I used Service Master and I had the same technician that I had about 9 months ago. Jorge was very professional and thorough. He arrived promptly and immediately explained how the whole procedure worked. He was successful in removing the pet stains from my light colored carpet. Before leaving, he left me shoe covers to wear while the carpet continued to dry and also detailed instructions for how to maintain the clean carpet. I was able to use a $25 coupon that I had received in the mail to reduce the cost. I am sure that I will use their service again.

The team did a great job on all 3 items, cleaned up any spray on the surrounding floor promptly, inserted protective paper under sofa and chair legs and moved any necessary furniture. The rugs looked and smelled clean afterwards , and they dried in a reasonable period of time.

Jorge was on time & did a thorough & excellent job on white rugs.

Two workers showed up on time and worked their butts off cleaning the job, which took them over 5 hours (in a hot, steamy basement). I can't imagine the floor could have turned out any cleaner. It is still not perfect, but not because of anything they failed to do.

The service technician arrived on time and we looked at the upstairs bathroom where the mold/mildew is. He explained how they would do the remediation, which sounded pretty intense given the situation. They would somehow vent to the outside while they were cleaning the ceiling so that any floating mold spores would be drawn outside. He also said that they would repaint the ceiling in the bathroom after the cleaning was done. I decided not to hire them when I saw the quote, which was well over $1,000. I felt like Service Master was a little pushy, for example in including the painting in the estimate, when I wasn't really sure I wanted them to do that. I ended up paying $85 to another mold inspector who does not do the remediation himself. He said it was not a serious case of mold and gave me detailed information on how I could clean it up myself.

ServiceMaster gave me the price over the phone based on my description of the rooms. I had to call back for an appointment after several other services were scheduled and they were extremely accomodating, giving me the date I requested. The crew showed up on time and left the carpets looking better than the day we moved in.

They did a good job and are professional and on time. They were out here pretty quick after I called for an appointment. I have used them twice and I will use them again in the future.

The gentleman that came was very nice. The carpet looked good but I thought it could of looked better, but since the carpet is older that is probably the best they could do.
