I think I went on the recommendation that someone that I know. We were little I guess taken back when we into the showroom. They pretty much make you do the work for them. You have measure your countertops, draw diagram of your kitchen, send it to them and then they come back and they give you a generalized estimate, which I don't know may be I am old school, but I want somebody to come to my house and I want somebody to measure and tell me what I need to do. I don't want to do the work for them. When they came out to template they did measure don't get me wrong, but it was just an odd experience. We weren't real thrilled with the sales person although she did weighted on us she acted as though it is like walk into an expensive store and just because the way you dress people don't think you can afford what you are looking for that is kind of how we felt. It was Saturday, we have been working around the house, working in the yard, dressed in crappy clothes. We had gone there to discuss what we could do what our options were and she just kind of blew us off. I love the countertops. The guys who came to install it were very very nice, very very accommodating. There were some minor damage and again it really wasn't their fault because the granite was so heavy, but they did everything that I asked, again were very very considerate and the man that did our backsplash was wonderful. I would not use them again.

They were a bit more expensive than other sources and most importantly, they did not take the time to problem solve the issue. The supplier I eventually chose volunteered the availability of remnant granite which cut the price to within my budget. Prestige basically would not be proactive in addressing cost other than suggesting less expensive materials. They did not seem interested in my small job.

Sales person was great. Owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

Everything went fine and we did not encounter any problems. They were prompt and provided great customer service.

I had a very good experience with them. They were extremely helpful in putting together all the materials that you need to build your kitchen.

We went to their showroom in Emmaus and spent a lot of time looking at sample granite. We took along cabinet door fronts to help match coloring. they were very patient with us because we asked a lot of questions and they had so many choices. We were quoted pricing, then walked to the side of their building to pick out our exact piece of granite with right amount of coloring and embedded granite steams. They then sent in their measurement team to take exact dimensions and layout for cut-outs and faucet holes. They then made templates of the dimensions which they would lay on the granite we selected. We went to their cutting shop (2 mins from showroom) to make sure the templates captured all of the interesting coloring from our selected piece. Then a couple weeks later a crew came with our pieces, laid them on our counterops, made seams which you can not even see and the job was done.

We submitted a review back In September of 2011 on Prestige. We recently reported to them about the bead coming our between the backsplash and the countertop. They sent a rep into fix it the next time they were near our town and completed the work with no cost to us.

Prestige was extremely courteous and patient in helping us select a granite slab for our kitchen countertop remodel. The entire process was mind boggling, as we really didn't know what we wanted at all. (We thought we wanted quartz, but ended up going with granite.) ALL of their employees that we encountered were fantastic! Wade was exceptionally fantastic and PATIENT as we zoomed in on him each time we went in. After selecting the granite slab that we wanted, a gentleman named Gordon came to our house and did the template. He was very courteous and explained everything to us and answered any questions that we had. One week later, two very courteous young men (Shawn and Dale) came and did the install. They did an excellent job and cleanup. This is a great company! No complaints!

I chose this company based on how many and where seams would be placed in the granite countertops. What I was told during the planning phase was different than what was delivered. I was told there "should not be any seams." There were 3, and they were poorly filled. The edges on the end of the counters that lie against the cabinets were rough when installed and did not disappear, as I was told they would, when the caulk was dry. They still look and feel rough. A gentleman, who Prestige hired to "fix" installation problems, redid the seams. They do look much better than on the day installed, but it isn't what I was sold. The day of installation, not all of the back splashes could be installed because one was cut too short. Originally, I had asked for a quote for a window sill to match the back splash, but when the kitchen was templated, it was clear it would not fit behind the sink, so it was not ordered. It was, however, still on my invoice that was left when the counters were installed. I called and asked for a revised invoice, and I was promised one would be mailed to me. A month later I received a past due invoice identical to the original one. I had to call and make a stink to get a revised invoice.

For the granite project, things went very smoothly from selection to installation. The showroom is topnotch and the selection is overwhelming; however, Alan, the sales representative helped guide us through the selection process. He was very patient and helped on multiple trips with a host of samples. Once we selected the granite, he showed us the entire slab that would be used for our project. We inspected the material, set up a date for the templating, and an installation date. The entire process took a little over a week. The templater was very courteous and answered any questions we had. The installation crew (three technicians) came, on time, with the materials ready to install and took about 3.5 hours to remove the existing countertops, set the granite, install the sink (plumbing by others), caulk, and cleanup. We were initially concerned about the dust, but the crew did not generate much and cleaned up after themselves. The installers were courteous and quite knowledgable. Before they left, they gave us an orientation on the use and care of the granite. The second part of the project involved the backsplash which went equally as smoothly. Wade and Jo helped us in the showroom. Once we had selected the granite, the tile selection went very quickly. They took the time to try different tiles in different light with a variety of grouts. The tile was installed the day after the granite countertops. The installers were great, courteous, and considerate. The backsplash took a day and a half to complete. The overall project totally transformed the kitchen and the process was quite painless. We had shopped around before selecting Prestige and found their pricing competitive and their service was top notch from start to finish. We would recommend them without reservation.

We were very pleased with the Work and quality performed by Prestige. Mark was extremely helpful to us in picking out the granite we wanted along with accessories.They field measured on the date we asked and delivered on time. Their installation crew was very professional and the quality was perfect. They actually had to make two trips because the counter top was too big to get in. (they had to come up a set of steps and make a couple turns. Then, on the day of installation, someone forgot to pack the faucet we ordered and they sent one of their men back to the shop, picked it up and returned same day to complete the work.

Overall it was average. Not the best experience that I would rave about but not terrible either. They told us once the countertop was templated it would take a week to have it installed. I had to be the one following up to see when we were on the schedule, which is just annoying because I shouldn't have to do that. I expect that if they tell me it will be a certain time frame then they should call to schedule the install. It was going to end up being about 2 weeks instead of 1. We explained this was causing us a delay in our remodel, and they were nice enough to get us in 2 days earlier which I appreciated. The countertop looks great installed and the installers were very nice and professional. I would consider using they again, but would shop around more.

After calling, was told to come in. When got there, one person helping a customer and two-three other customers waiting for assistance. I finally asked someone at the other end of the showroom for assistance and he was nice enough to help. They need more sales persons on the floor rather than a customer having to chase someone down. They did get back to me with a quote but the price was double compared to Apollo Creations in Emmaus, PA.

They were fine and I would use them again.

I liked them. They were very responsive. I had a little difference of opinion about a backsplash, and they were very good about changing what they had done and doing it the right way; I really had no problem with them. They came when they said they would be here. Everything worked out pretty well. They were a little pricey, but that was not a big deal either. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

This company provided a written estimate, was available for questions, scheduled and preformed the improvments as agreed. We are happy with the quality of the product and the employees. It was a smooth experience.

They were really nice. They gave good customer service. Their price was reasonable.

The salespeople in the showroom were helpful. The installers were courteous, hardworking and clean. They were also very informative after the installation on maintenance and care.

They did a good job. They were easy to work with. I went to a few different granite places and they all were the same in the end. The reason we liked Prestige Marble & Granite was that they had really good salesmen. Secondly, we found out they did kitchen countertops for the big companies. So, we thought that they were good enough to do our kitchen countertops as well. We also knew somebody who had them to do his kitchen countertops. So, we decided to use them and they did their job well. We can?t comment on their price as the price depends on the type of granite used for the work.
