Keith has our business for life. Excellent service from the initial phone call. A two man team arrived as scheduled, attentively listened to my project, went to work and finished in a matter of minutes. They were professional, did not try to sell me anything additional, and I felt comfortable allowing them into my home. We had seven locks rekeyed and they all work perfectly. I have added them into my phone because this is one trade that I will never have to source again. They have my business.

Emailed Keith. Told him I had a small job and he called me right back. He asked me to send a picture of the new lock to make sure it was compatable with the other locks. It was, so he told me he would call the following week to schedule a date to do the work. The following week, he called a told me he would be in the area that afternoon. I told him that was good and he game me a time when he would get there. Keith showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Very professional. Highly recommend.

They were prompt, courteous and offered professional advice. They could not have been nicer. I opted for upgraded locksets and dead bolts.I thought the price was good. I got what I paid for. I would reccomend these guys anytime.

Keith and his assistant were totally professional. They did a difficult job with precision and ease. Closing this door has problematic for a number of years. These guys assessed the problem quickly and worked for two days to fix the door. I am very pleased at the great job they did and the relatively low cost for the repairs. Thanks so much guys.

They came out earlier in the week and looked at the job, and gave me a quote immediately. I asked them to do the Job on Thursday. They showed up on time, and they finished the job very quickly. I asked them if they can bill me and they had no issue with that either. I would definitely use them again. Very happy with the work that was done.

Talked with Keith yesterday on the phone and explained the work that I needed to have done. He quoted me a price estimate and we scheduled an appointment for today. Keith did an Excellent job fixing my door lock need. He arrived ten minutes early and the bill was the estimate that he gave me. Appreciated Keith's professionalism and the way he explained what the situation was with my lock. For any future locksmith needs that I or any of my friends have I will be calling Keith and recommending him to others.

Everything went smoothly and very efficiently. He came in a reasonable amount of time, and he was very courteous. We would definitely use his expertise again.

Explained on the phone what I could expect. Proposed a responsive date, and arrived on-time as scheduled. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Installer was cordial and helpful, making several good suggestions. He was particularly careful in his work, avoiding mess and any damage to our doors.

I contacted Keith's on Sunday 7/28 requesting that they come and change my locks. They contacted me first thing Monday morning and set an appointment for between 9:00 & 10:00 a.m. The next day. I was thrilled that they only gave me a 1 hour window. Most places in my experience give you a 4 hour window. At 9:40 they called and said that they had an emergency that had to be taken care of first. They were in my house by 10:10 a.m. Anthony and Keith were friendly, professional, and courteous. They changed my locks in about 30 minutes and were on their way. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these guys. I'm a new homeowner and I have not had very many positive experiences with all the different people I've had to deal with. I highly recommend Keith's mobile lock and door service! 5 stars across the board! Thanks guys!

Great Service! Everything was done quickly and professionally and I would recommend this service to anyone.

They were great! I called in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon. Very friendly and professional, lubricated all the locks and showed me how to do the same to keep them working well. Will use them again.

Keith was very professional and timely - the job was done as promsied and quickly. They were neat and explained everything. I have used them in the past and will continue in the future. Good work and fair prices.

Superb service, prompt, fast. I called only a day or two in advance of my move date. No problem getting an appointment even on such short notice. On moving day, they called me an hour or so before my appointment to let me know they were on the way. They got there early and the movers still had all of the doors off the house. Both guys were solid pros - all I did was show them the two doors and then I was able to move on to handling other tasks while they rekeyed both locks. They bring their own mobile shop with them for cutting keys so they were able to bang out 4 sets of keys for me right there in my garage. Could not have asked for anything better!

Contacted them 1 week ago. Took old mechanism back to their shop. Arrived today with replacement mortiss lock & installed in old door. Representatives were very businesslike, courteous & professional. They new their business. Excellent service. Will definitely use again & recommend to friends.

Last job I had keys (from home improvemnt store) that didnt work in the locks as they should. Keith promptly met me at the site and fixed the keys and locks quickly and at a minimal charge. Keys work perfect
