I'll make this real easy - there is no need to call anybody else. My call was handled promptly and professionally. Keith was in touch with me that day yet to find out the details of the job and to get an idea of the hardware needed. Pricing specified up front - no gimmicks. The service call - punctual. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. Inexpensive? Maybe not, but quality work is rarely cheap. "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten." We used Keith 23 years ago - there is simply no reason to hire anybody else.

Keith and his helper provided fast efficient service. Sawdust was cleaned up and removed. These were nice people to deal with.

Copied my Tundra key onto a blank. No charge! Where does that happen these days? Will certainly call Keith for our next locksmith job.

2 guys came and, working on both sides of the door, muscled the offending part out, The old set was Ace hardware branded. The new set was Kwikset, and noticeably better made - worth the extra $8 or so. They installed the new set and adjusted the key mechanism to use the (4) old keys I still had for the old entry set, saving about $5 in new keys. Both guys were friendly, worked efficiently, and the door works fine.

They were prompt and the service was of high quality. I would hire them again!

Arrived early, evaluated what needed to be done and set to work. The two workers were professional and explained everything. Asked me to try all locks before they left. Finished in about an hour. I would definitely use Keith's Lock and Door Service again and refer them to friends!

Arrived promptly, assessed the problem, completed the repair. All in about 20 minutes. Lock now works better than it did when it was new.

It went great. Gentlemen were very professional, timely, cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, they took the time to make adjustments to the side door so it actually latches now without having to be locked - they could have been out of there 15min. sooner had they not taken time to fix that.

Keith is a master. He showed up on the same day I called and right on time. He was able to open the safe with very little problem. He was kind and courteous and very reasonable. He really was a great find. I'm thankful I called and will recommend him to others with zero hesitation.

After we phoned Keith, he came over to our home the very next day. He re-keyed our locks and had everything taken care of in a very short time. Keith was great. He was able to come by the very same day that I contacted him. He explained everything that he was doing and did a great job. Had everything he needed in the truck. My family was very happy to get this done well, quickly and with polite service.

The locksmith arrived a few minutes early and asked to see the three doors. He was very professional and gave me honest opinions when I asked him what the best options were for each door. He was able to completely replace the cylinder in the 100-year-old front door and add a spring lock to the door on the garage. He was also able to make the keys throughout the house match so that I do not need to carry around a bunch of different keys for the house. At the end of the appointment, he gave me an itemized bill and explained what each line item was. He also tried his best to use the equipment that I already had in the doors in order to keep the cost lower. Great service, thanks!

I called for an appointment on a Monday morning and Keith and his partner were out the very next day (Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.). They were prompt, personable and were able to fix my door within 30 minutes. Keith actually hand-made a part for my lock and it works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this service.

At first he was good, but then he never showed up or called us back. So, not so good after that. He promised to come back. We called him, he never called us back and he never showed up. I ended up doing it myself. He did a good job with the shed door. It was the garage door lock that he didn't get to because he needed a part. He kind of ignored us after that. I think his price was right, but I don't know enough to make that judgement. I don't think he was on time.

I called on a Friday morning with a bit of an emergency. My passport was locked in the safe and we could not get the safe open. We were leaving for the airport that afternoon. I made a call to Keith's Lock & Door. Keith was in a meeting, but I was told he would call back. He called about 30 minutes later. When I explained the situation, he drove straight to our house and got the safe open for us, with plenty of time to spare. Keith was very cordial, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. We hope to visit his showroom soon to explore the idea of purchasing a new safe.
