Keith's Lock & Door Service

Keith was extremely responsive to our initial call for advice and estimate. We went through our requirements with him regarding how we wanted the locks keyed and difficulties with the placement of the lock (bad installation of door by developer!). He understood completely, gave us an estimate that was kept, and scheduled an appointment. When the lock that we wanted did not come in at the time estimated, he immediately let us know and rescheduled the appointment. This was a great proactive service and helped us manage our day ahead of time! We were extremely pleased with his knowledge, his promptness and professionalism. We highly recommend him!

Was very happy with the quick response to my request. Communicated with me regarding my installation until the actual service date. Anthony was the lock technician who came to the property. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I explained my concerns he explained my options & the pricing. He completed his work quickly and efficiently. I am more than satisfied and look forward to using them again.

Great guys, gave us an estimate, ordered new locks and electronic deadbolt. installed a week later and good to go. Showed me how to code the electronic, and made sure all the locks and doors worked before he left. Cleaned up was very conscientious of woodwork. Great job.

This was the first time I used Angie's List. Was looking for a locksmith found Keith. Call him and he came out the next day. He explained our options clearly. And we had him do the work. He cleaned up after himself. And the price paid was well worth what he did. I would recommend him to anyone.

A broken door lock made egress through the front door to our home impossible. A quick review of Angie's List made the choice for the lock repair service facile and less arbitrary. My choice made simple by glowing reviews, I chose Keith's Lock and Door Service and without hesitation, I add my accolades to those they have previously earned. My initial call was received by Anthony, who was both professional and congenial as I outlined my need for their service. Anthony advised he would check on how soon someone could assist me and call back with the information. To my surprise, someone did. I promptly received a call from Keith who advised he would arrive within 1/2 hr. Again, to my amazement, he did. Keith quickly assessed the issue, explained the problem and its solution and within moments the lock was repaired. Keith's skill and expertise, obvious by his deft handling of the repair made this service experience quite notable. In a world where customer service is often perceived as an added value and not THE value that defines a company, Keith and his staff understand the customer experience. Providing a positive customer experience is a choice companies and their employees have to make. Keith and Tyler were prompt, professional, and fast (< 20 minutes from start to finish). Showed them the doors, they went to work, we settled the bill, that was all. No problems, highly recommended!

Keith and his helper were able to clean up the lock system so that we could continue to use the original door lock and key. We were thrilled!

I called at 9:30 in the morning and they were here by 10:00. Anthony and Todd were very pleasant and professional. They had a new door knob in place and re-keyed it within 15 minutes. I like this new door knob because you are not able to lock yourself out with it (this has happened to me). The price was worth having a door knob that works and is safe.

I FOUND KEITH'S LOCK AND DOOR, COOPERSBURG, PA. FROM MY FIRST CALL, FOR AN ESTIMATE TO COMPLETION TODAY, I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING SERVICE. TYLER AND ANTHONY WERE COURTEOUS, VERY KNOWLEDGE, AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR ADDED SECURITY. RIGHT FROM THE START I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE. TODAY, THEY INSTALLED THE LOCKS AND I WAS, AGAIN, PLEASE WITH EVERYTHING. THEY WERE NEAT, PUT DOWN DROP CLOTHS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. It went very well. He cleaned the inside of the old box lock, readjusted everything and now it works great! It didn't take too long and i felt for the job (an old lock) and the distance he had to travel, the price was very fair.

In digging our car out of the snow, the one key that we had for my car was lost. I called them and within 15 minutes they had their "automotive man" call me back. I made arrangements to have 2 new keys made that had chips and that would need to be programmed. Dean came to my home where the car was parked and handled everything promptly and professionally. I had some unusual circumstances that needed to be addressed and Dean handled it all perfectly. To say I was relieved is an understatement. I have to add, that I was able to get 2 keys made for 1/2 the cost that another locksmith quoted!

The young men were polite and respectful. They went stright to work. Job well done.

After my front doorknob broke with the latch bolt sticking out, leaving me unable top close the door, I looked up locksmiths on Angie's List. The closest was Keith's Lock & Door Service, with all A ratings. A call to his number lead to an answering machine, but he called back within 15 minutes. 20 minutes after that he was at my door. He was polite and helpful, showed me what was broken, and replaced the lock quickly and professionally. I would recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith service in the area.

Due to extreme weather conditions I was (suddenly) unable to lock or unlock my front door dead bolt without extreme pressure. Even after trying different things such as removing weather stripping near the lock or moving the strike plate it didn't work. This happened on a Saturday night and my first thought was that this could be an unsafe situation so i called one of the local locksmiths on Angie's List. I received a call back within five minutes, explained my problem was given some options and had an appointment for Sunday morning between 9:00 and 10:00. I received a confirmation call first thing and the locksmith (Anthony) was at my home shortly after. He knew exactly what to do, even checked the bottom lock, cleaned up and was done in a very short amount of time. He was professional, personable and efficient. My door locks are safely working and I have already told friends about this company.

He is polite on the phone and tried to understand the problem. Arrived quickly and was able to open the door (which was stuck closed) He then took the lock apart and had the replacements to fix it. All in about 15 min. This is the second time he has responded to problems at our home. Both times I have been quit pleased.

The day of appointment there was severe storms and many roads were flooded. Keith's called to keep me informed of the road conditions and that they would be at my home as soon as they good. Job went well- no issues

Talk about service! I called at 10:30am, and they were at my door by 1:30pm. A half hour early. Not only did they do the job quickly, but helped correct an issue I was having with a storm door at no extra charge. High quality guys and fast service. These are now my goto folks.
