I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in by the afternoon. Replacing two locks and making 4 new keys took less than half an hour. I will definitely call them again.

They arrived a little late but called ahead to let me know. After describing what I wanted done, they gave me a price estimate (and included the Angie's list discount that they offered). The cost seemed a bit high, but I thought it was still reasonable. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. They made adjustments to make the locks work well and allowed me to test them multiple times. All work was completed in < 1 hr. I would use them again.

The provider responded to my request very quickly. We then scheduled a day and time and he came and did a good job.

Keith arrived exactly on time, did a very professional job, checked function of doorlock after installation, and cleaned up completely afterwards. He was very personable as well.

called their office about 10am. My 18 month old daughter was locked in a bedroom. Keith arrived asap, was kind and got straight to work. He ended up having to drill the knob to open it. Not something I could have done. She was out by 11am. I am putting his number in my phone in case we ever need them again.

I really never write reviews, although I always read them! But I wanted to write this one. Keith's Lock and Door provides excellent, professional service. Keith has been in this business for a long time and really knows what he is doing. He calls before he comes to the house, is very punctual, and lets you know what something will cost before doing the work. I needed new parts for my Baldwin front door handle and not only did he get them, he was able to get them under warranty for me - something I had never thought to do! Good, trustworthy locksmiths are so hard to find. You can never be sure who to trust. Believe me, you can put every trust and confidence in Keith's Lock and Door.

Provider was outstanding and arrived promptly, was courteous, and made sure the work area was spotless. I have used this provider in the past and received the same level of quality service and workmanship as I did today. I cannot thank Keith enough for the time and effort he put into finding and replacing a small component of the locking mechanism on a pair of patio doors. He spent weeks looking for where he could get the part, and lots of effort trying to get responses from suppliers. None of the suppliers he contacted was really willing to help him for such a small component. Well, if Keith would not have been able to find that part for me, I would have ultimately had to spend several hundred dollars for a new locking mechanism, or in the worst case several thousand dollars for a new doors. Kudos to Keith. This is an example of customer service to the highest degree. He has my business forever now, and I will always recommend him.

My front door had been forced open with a crowbar while I was out. I wanted the best locksmith and door repair company asap. I went on Angie's List, found Keith's Lock & Door Service at the top of the list. Contacted them late Friday afternoon. They got back to me first thing Saturday. All the work was done exceptionally well, as was the clean-up. Tyler and Kyle were personable, knowledgeable and professional. They did the work to my expectations and gave recommendations that worked better than I had initially planned. I now feel I can leave my house and not come back to another break-in. I rely on Angie's List reviews and I want whoever needs a locksmith to know they are getting their moneys worth with these gentlemen. The cost of the heavy duty locks, the custom reinforcing repair work on the doors and jambs, etc. was worth every penny as was the experience Tyler and Kyle had in installing everything. I would definitely use Keith's Lock and Door Service again.

I contacted Keith through Angie's List and he contacted me the next day and we set up an appointment immediately. Keith came right on time. He took the handle and lock out of the door and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. This door and lock were at least 40 years old. The mechanisms inside were totally worn out. The parts were no longer available. Keith showed us different options and styles. He explained things very clearly. We picked out a new lock and door handle combination. Keith gave us the estimate and set up an appointment the following week to install it. Keith arrived on time, took out the old door handle and lock and put in the new one. He was very neat, courteous and professional. My wife and I are very happy with the new door handle and lock. His estimate was exactly what he charged. Outstanding job by Keith and Anthony. Most definitely lived up to their reputation. They called before arrival to confirm the appointment: Arrived promptly at the agreed time and got right to work. Work was fast and professional. Price not graded only because I didn't shop around for quotes so I have no comparison. Again, top-notch job.

Occasionally, you lock a key in the house when you do the walk through. Another time we would have a listing and something happened, the key wouldn't work and the people were out of town. We would always call Keith and he would come in a timely matter. I've also used him at home. He is trustworthy and timely. For a locksmith the timeliness was important.

Keith's was very responsive. We contacted him the day my wife had her house keys stolen and he came 8:00 AM the next day to replace or rekey all the exterior locks on our home. He arrived on time, and was very efficient. He also keyed all the locks to be able to be opened with one key. Total job was completed in a little over 2 hours including the rekeying to one key. The price was a little expensive but fair. I would definitely use Keith's Lock and Door Service again.

Anthony arrived early. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. Every thing was above my expectations and I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

He was very prompt, called before he came and did I mention same day service! He was very friendly and professional. My locks are working and they don't stick anymore!

Moved into a new home on the 28th and the first order of business was re-keying all exterior doors. Who wants contractors with possible keys to your home? All locks were keyed the same, entrance knobs and dead bolts. Replaced single cylinder with double cylinder where needed. None of the doors would close and lock without a struggle or breaking a key. Keith's techs fixed all knobs and dead bolts that now close and lock with ease. Strike plates replaced with reinforced versions and dead bolts that could be accessed by breaking a pane of glass, replaced with keys on both sides. The two man crew was extremely professional, gracious and wasted no time. The entire job was done neatly and right the first time. I was handed my sets of keys, cut right at my home. This was the best $359 I spent on my new home! Keith's Lock and Door is the go to company. Price and Value #1.

.I called Keith's and someone actually picked up the phone. I asked them to come out and appraise our situation and give us an estimate. Keith and Anthony came ON TIME, assessed our needs, heard what I wanted and we ordered the locks right then and there together. Anthony came on time (actually a few minutes beforehand and apologized for being a little early)...changed the locks and gave me the amount of keys requested. He asked me to check everything before he left to make sure everything was working...and it was. I then went to my back door and the lock wasn't working as the other one that was replaced. I immediately called and Keith sent Anthony right back to the house, he showed me how to work the new lock and all went well. All companies and self employed service people need to take lessons from Keith and Anthony!

He was great. He called me before he headed to my place and was able to service everything quickly. I've never used a locksmith before, but I would definitely use him again.
