Description of Work: Keith's repaired a broken dead bolt, than cleaned and serviced all of the locks in the house. The company then went to the trouble of finding a specialized key to unlock a display cabinet that I wanted to put into use.

FANTASTIC!
Description of Work: Keith came himself, and what a all around nice guy..we recently moved into our new home and needed all the links changed. Keith surveyed all our entrances and used part of what we already had...saving us money. You don't find that kind of honesty too much anymore. Description of Work: Our door lock was jammed and Keith came out the same day we called. Keith unjammed the lock. He gave us information regarding the bad installation of the new door from a different company. We called the company that had installed the door incorrectly. They sent a manager out to look at the badly installed door. The manager confirmed what Keith had already told us. The next time I need a new door, I will go back to Keith for his assistance.

Description of Work: They installed two deadbolts, a strike plate and a new latch set on two doors. They showed up on time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up afterward. Keith is a great person to deal with and I would use his company in the future.

Description of Work: Installed new lock core on residential entrance door...cleaned and lubricated mechanism. Supplied 10 duplicate keys all cut from master. Opened a key safe to which the combination had been lost. Very easy to set up the appointment. Keith's arrived precisely on time and were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use again.
