The package didn't cover the unit that we have. This wasn't mentioned in the fine print what so ever. The company was professional about explaining the situation. We are having the Big Deal refunded.

System check. Great company. Very professional.

It went very well it was a specialty part need to fix it. They had it shipped overnight. and got me up and running temporarily, and then came out the next day to finish the job.

They were nice enough to explain that we couldn't use our coupon and responded right away. Even though the service wasn't performed, it was still a good experience.

Everything went great. The technician, Marc, really took the time with us during the appointment and explained everything he was doing. It led us to purchase a service contract. They called us after I had purchased the deal and were able to come out quickly and on time for the appointment.

Service provider was prompt and professional. Provided information and advice. I did have to pay full price on the one AC but got a huge discount thru Angie's list on the other one. Did not realize I needed one coupon for each but it was still worth the service.

I've used them off and on for few years. They are friendly, professional, and expeditious. They are neat and have good demeanor.

It went well. They were late without a call. I called them. I was under the impression that I was to get a filter change. Mine was in good shape so they never changed it but they never left me a new one?

This Big Deal was advertised as $59 for an Early Bird Air Conditioner Tune-Up. I made the appointment and the service man came out at the time he said he would. He did a thorough inspection and suggested that the unit be serviced. I found this Big Deal Air Conditioner Tune-Up to be misleading. Nothing was "tuned-up". They didn't even replace the air filter. All that was done was an inspection. Nothing was cleaned and no parts were replaced. The service man reported that everything is working fine but that I should replace the air filter and have the unit serviced. I thought Tune-Up means that the unit would be serviced....am i missing something here?? It makes a h*** of a lot more sense to put your $59 to a real service appointment and not the Early Bird Air Conditioner Tune-Up. I feel like this was a scam.

Very well, the technician was on-time and very efficient. The offfice staff was very helpful, courteous anbd efficient as well.

I had a fine experience with them. I had an additional problem with my unit which cost me more. It was a very personal stand out by them, working during the pouring rain, it was tough. Yeah, they were very cooperative in repairing what was wrong with the unit.

This deal was advertised as representing a significant savings over standard cost. Service was advertised on billboards in town by the provider for only $6 over the Angie's list price, i.e. no where near the discount advertised. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

Great service. The tech even cleaned and washed the outdoor coil as part of the service, which I wasn't expecting. I did get a bill from them for an additional $29.00 a few weeks after the service but it was resolved with one phone call. Their billing department had made an error.

They were great with our AC unit. He was able to identify the problem and fix it immidiately.

2 servoce techs tried to start my AC. They could not because of the age of my equipment. They are going to try and locate the parts thatI need for myold AC and get back to tome Monday. they were promptand courteous and competent.

The service technician was very courteous and professional. He was on time and went straight to it. What I liked most was he wasn't trying to sell me anything or try to pull the wool over my eyes. Even with the refrigerant, which I knew leeked from the system and would prabably need to be re-charged, he didn't try to insist that the system needed it since it was borderline. I would definitely use Burkholder's again. The services were also cheaper than that provided by another firm who I really thought were trying to sell me on buying a complete new HVAC system.

Showed up on time and worked in a hot hot attic and found a blocked filter.

The technician was professional and very well-mannered. I have had so much trouble trying to find HVAC providers and service technicians for a reasonable price and I feel that this experience was positive. I was hoping to hear about any special contracts for service that may be available, but it was not mentioned. After I asked about how much a particular job might be, then I was advised that there are service contracts. I would have purchased one if it had been offered.
