Horrible company. They are Advertised on the [*** Link removed ***] website as being in my Zip Code. Carriee then has a scheduling ICON for this company. You enter all your information, whats the Issue, and you schedule a Date and Time DOESN'T HAPPEN Waited 3 days and no one showed up. Called the company and said no one was scheduled. I stated that I went through the Carrier Company which lists them on their website with a Schedule Icon So i call Carrier and told them the situation and they said they will be removing this Company from their Scheduling options foe my Zip Code

I was able to schedule the job with one easy phone call. The representative came to the house right on time. He was well equipped to do the job and was very professional about it. He answered all my questions and even gave me some valuable tips on proper care of my furnace and water heater. I am very pleased with the service.

I hired burkholders to switch over an ancient oil boiler to a high efficiency gas one, in my investment property. They gave us a quote with 3 different options which was very convenient. They did an awesome job. They even took the old oil tank away, without us even asking them to. I couldn't believe it. I'm definitely going to ask them to do more work on future properties.

I am writing this review with all honesty and sincerity. My 30 year old air conditioning unit was leaking refrigerant and would stop working. I spoke with Luis Ortiz and he came to evaluate the system. He came back with an estimate that was amazingly fair. What most impressed me was their prompt and courteous service. They vowed to keep my house cool until the new unit could be installed...and they did! All the service people who came to service my home were so helpful and responded in a very expedited manner. Luis, Justin, various service people, and the installers Andy and Jarvin could not have made this major job easier. If you should ever need air conditioning service, or a new system, please call Burkholder. They are definitely the air conditioning company, in the Lehigh Valley, that you want to do business with!

The serviceman was prompt and friendly. He remembered our dog as friendly. He checked both heating and air conditioning. He informed us the filter need not be replaced but probably before air conditioning season. We were ver satisfied.

My over 35 year old Thermopride furnace stopped working. I have a service contract with Burkholders. It took three visits to finally get the furnace running, but they got it running. For each visit they gave me a time frame for the techs arrival. Each time the tech called and arrived earlier then scheduled time which was nice. Techs were friendly, courteous and explained what they did to try to get the furnace up and running. The first two visits they got the furnace running and then it stopped working after they left. The third time was the charm and so far it is still heating my house. Even though I have a service contract it was still pricey even at a 15% discount on parts and labor. It was worth the cost to avoid frozen pipes in the house. Also, based on my research all heating service contracts are the same. Again the furnace is over 35 years and I knew it was time for a new furnace. Burkholder's got heat back in my house which I am grateful. I am getting quotes on a new furnace and Burkholders' will be top on my list because of their service and staff.

They did a wonderful job and were prompt and professional during the entire process. Would recommend them very highly to everyone.

Neat, punctual and excellent results

All the service and installation technicians were very knowledgeable and polite. They took care not to make a mess and ensured everything was cleaned up when they were done. They took the time to answer all our questions and when there were decisions to be made on duct routing and vent placement they asked for our input.

I had talked to three other air conditioner services. They all told me I needed a new air conditioner. Burkholder service man came out and in a jiffy told me I needed 1 pound of Freon, put it in, and the situation was resolved. Saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you so much Burkholder
