They do exemplary work, except for clean-up, in my specific case. There was debris from the vents/ducts on the old carpet, which will soon be replaced anyway, but regardless, a final walk-thru and Dustbuster clean-up should have been done. Otherwise, they were great and thorough.

They were honest and up front about our situation in contrast to other companies that tried to sell us their most expensive package. They were also courteous and on time.

Troy took care of the problem with our dryer vent. When the house was built in 2001, a screen was put near the outside entrance of the vent (which is a bad idea but who knew--?). When he pulled it off and showed it to me, it was completely covered with a thick layer of lint; no air could get through AT ALL and there was a lot of lint backed up inside that vent. What a fire hazard!!! Thank you Troy for correcting this potentially dangerous error!

He came over within an hour of initial phone call. Job was done in half hour. Thought price was alittle high. $125.00.

They were a little pricey, but they were one of the very few who would climb a ladder up 2 1/2 stories to replace our dryer vent cover. They were on time, efficient and very professional. I was very comfortable inviting them into my home to do the work.
