Professional, very thorough- identified vents that were previously covered with carpet!

From the first phone call to them, this company was very professional. I was given the square footage of my house and an instant quote. They showed up exactly when they said they would and worked non stop until they were finished. The two men were very polite explaining what work would be preformed showing before and after pictures of my air ducts. I highly recommend Zach-Vac and will be using them again in the future.

When I initially inquired, Zach was quick to get back to me with information and a quote. He kept to the amount he quoted me and I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. The guys that came to complete the service were polite, friendly, and explained every step of the way. Some of my vents were not easily accessible and they didnâ t blink an eye. They said not to worry, that they would take care of it. I have a dog and a cat, they were great with both. My dog wanted to be involved and the guys did not mind the attention. My cat was scared but they made sure to be careful with him and put him in separate rooms from where they were working. Overall, I was more than happy with the experience. Very easy to schedule an appointment within a few days. The men showed up on time and weâ re very courteous. They wore shoe covering and face masks while working in our home. They explained all the work to be performed and completed all the ductwork thoroughly. The price was excellent for the amount of work and time spent. Highly recommend this company and their staff!
