They did an excellent job replacing the existing dryer vent with a new one. Zach explained everything that was necessary to complete the job. Zach-Vac arrived earlier than anticipated and got right to work cleaning out my dryer vent that hadn't been cleaned in 14 years. Although I had a good reading of 1600 from my exhaust vent by their anemometer ( I am told that anything over 1000 is acceptable) and after only 10-15 minutes of them sucking out my 12 feet of dryer vent with their suction hose and only getting a bowling ball size of lint from their efforts, I feel that I have peace of mind for the $159 price and that I have avoided a potential dryer fire in the future. Zach and Troy were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Zach is forthright: he explained the whole process to me, told me his quote would not change, and gave me information so I could research an optional service before the appointment. He arrived right on time, worked hard, took pictures of the ducts (before and after) and did a great job. He answered any and all my questions and he even offered to, and then replaced , my dryer vent rather than just clean it when he saw the rough shape it was in (and very poor lay out of it). Zach was very responsive! Took time out of his day on a Sunday to come explore our issue and resolve it. He made sure we were all set up before leaving and wanted us to be comfortable with what he did. He had to remove bird nest remnants to just get to the issue. He did a great job! Our dryer works just fine now!
