This was my first time using Home Advisor. Zack-Vac had over 70 positive reviews so I submitted a request for an estimate. This was on a Saturday afternoon so I wasn’t expecting to hear back until early the following week. He called within 30 minutes, explained everything very well, gave me an accurate quote and set up an appointment for the following morning (Sunday). He arrived right on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He had everything completed within an hour and payment was very easy. I received an email right away with my receipt. One extra thing I’d like to note is he wore shoe covers whenever he entered the house. We wear shoes in our home so it would have been no different if he hadn’t used them but it’s nice seeing that extra step taken to respect someone’s home. I would definitely recommend Zach to anyone who needed the service and we’ll use him for future vent cleanings as well. Great Job!
