No response to phone call for estimate.

They did a good job and I'm going to call them shortly to come back again.

My existing roof was 25 years old and I decided to have it remove and a new 30 year asphalt shingle roof applied. If you need a new roof, use these guys. * Prompt competitive estimate with no hard sell (Ed was great) * The guys showed up on time on the designated day. Were very professional. Had my old roof off by lunch and a new roof at 4:00 PM * All flashing and roof application to code. * Good clean-up after the job. I should mention that I live in Lancaster City. My house roof is 10 square. Highly recommend these professionals.

I contacted Joyland rooding to get a quote on replacing the shingles on my 20 year old home. Edwin came out that week showed me large samples of shingles of different colors. He spent about 1/2 hour checking the roof, getting measurements and preparing a drawing of the project. Within a few days I received a quote. I received 2 other quotes from Angie's List Super Service Award members. Joyland was the lowest. After accepting their quote and sending a 25% deposit, they contacted me on a Friday about 2 weeks later & asked if they could start the following Monday. It took them a little less than 2 full days to complete the project. Roof looks great! They also did an excellent job cleaning up. The also popped back into place a couple pieces of vinyl siding for free. I did notice that a piece of J molding was unattached on one side after they left. They came back within a couple of days & fixed it. I would definitelt recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the work Joyland did on my roof. They were prompt and professional. When done, you wouldn't have known they were there....no damage to shrubs or fencing, no roof shingle scraps or nails. Roofers were conscientious and answered any questions I had. I have recommended them to neighbors.

I called company for a price, they responded promptly. Representative came to house within 2 days, discussed materials , cost and warranty with me, he left written contract for my review. I sent deposit within a week. Two weeks later my new roof was completed. We are very pleased with professionalism of all involved, workmanship is excellent , and it looks great! Also like 4% discount if paid in full within 10 days of invoice receipt.

From the original estimate through the completion of the job we were impressed with Joyland. They were responsive and professional through the process, and offered very competitive pricing. The new roof looks excellent and they did a great job cleaning up. We only found one nail in the backyard and they did not damage any of the landscaping. We would recommended their services to others.

Easy to work with and professional.

The contracter showed up onsite on the date promised. The roofers utilized a piece of equipment called an Equipter into which they directly discarded the old shingles. The use of the Equipter greatly reduced the roofing debris falling into my landscaping beds. The roofing crew worked very dilligently and completed the job in three days' time. I noted that Joyland Roofing took the time to ensure that the installation was completed with the highest professional standards. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work and the fact that their proposal for accepting the job was more than fair.

I am very pleased with the work done by Joyland. My home is pretty far from their center of opperations, but they were timely, polite, and professioal every step of the way. The gentleman who gave us the quote was a part of the work crew (I really liked that the salesman was also a skilled part of the work crew). The gentlemen arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves after each day of work, and were pleasant to me and my family. The entire job was finished in two days. The clean up was thorough - when they left you could never tell they were there accept for the beautiful new roof. I ran into a missunderstanding when it came to the billing of the skylights and the roof. The way the charges were stated on the bill were not clear to me. I discussed this with Joyland and they worked with me to make sure that I was satisfied. I am pleased with how the issue was resolved - it showed me how important custumer service is to them. I highly reccomend this company to anyone needing roofing work done. They earned my trust and sincere recommendation.

They were excellent and very thororugh. They are well organized, very efficient, courteous, resolves issues, and address isuess that you talk about. They have high levels of work ethics that you won't find in most places with same service type and they don't use foul language. Workmanship, on top of that, is good. Pricing is a little higher but a better workmanship. Overall, their services were excellent.

I found some stains on the ceiling in my second floor bathroom. Joyland quickly send out a representative and inspected the roof. He believed the cause of the stains were edging tape that was coming loose. He sent me a proposal shortly after his visit. On the day of the job, he kept me informed about his arrival time and with everything that was going on. I was not inconvenienced at all. Did the job at the price quoted and did it quickly. I would certainly recommend this company.

The two gentlemen were polite, professional, and did not waste time. They broke briefly for lunch and finished by 5, leaving a happy customer and a secure new roof in place. I would look forward to working with this company again should the need ever arise.

Not much to tell beyond the previous description of services performed. His promptness and willingness to address the issues I had was very pleasing.

We saw a special offer by Joyland Roofing but didn't need much done so we just called to have them come out and repair a damaged area on our roof and get an estimate on replacing the whole roof. We thought the repairs would be $300 or more as we received a quote by one roofing company already. They were quick to respond to our initial phone call and had someone out in a day or so and repaired the roof for only $100. We received a quote within 48 hours. We were very pleased with their quick response, great communication, and of course, for the repair on the roof.

They completed the work as discussed, in a quality and professional manner.Were a little late the 2nd day but for me, n ot a big deal.

They come out and work and work and work. Their professionalism and work ethics are excellent. They have got pretty neat equipment and knocked it out in a timely fashion.

It went very well and was well pleased. Do get several estimates if you need to install a new roof and include Joyland as one of the contractors you want an estimate from. Don't settle for the first quote and don't get pressured into signing any contract until you have investigated other estimates and are satisfied and convinced that you will get a job well done. I did and was well rewarded for my efforts

Yesterday was my first day with Angie's List. I joined so I could find a reputable company to re-roof my house but in the mean time fix the tiles that blew off the roof this year over the winter. I e-mailed two companies and called one company. The company I called would come out in a week and give me an estimate and fix the job on the spot if they could (Zimmerman's) . They did not have an e-mail address that I could send photos of the damage to in order to get an estimate. Joyland e-mailed me back and gave me a quote to fix 2 areas I told them was damaged. I called them up to make an appointment. They said they would call back next week. We hung up. I got a call back in less than 5 minutes asking me If I would like to have the tiles fixed today in about 1 hour. Oh, yeah, now that's service. I told them there were two areas with tiles missing and it wound up there were five areas with tiles missing. The guy fixed the five areas that needed to be re-tiled and caulked around the vent openings. I was told the area around the vent openings were starting to crack. No one has been up on the roof since I had the house built 15 years ago so it was very nice of him to go the extra mile. He then gave me his honest recommendation on if the roof needs to be re-tiled. We were planning on having it done this summer and I was told I still have a few good years left in this roof. I am so happy for that but I am getting an estimate to re-do the roof by Joyland just so I know what I need to save for. I saw one Angie's list patron advertising $5200 for a 2000 Sq. Ft. roof so I need to see if they are in the ball park with similar shingles. I would absolutely recommend Joyland for roof repairs to my friends and neighbors. Service was excellent and professional. I thought $75 was a reasonable price for the job. It seems $60 - $75 now is a minimum service call in any industry to come to your house (Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Appliance). I wonder what a doctor charges for a house call these days? A+

Their estimate was fair and they were on time. They were great! We had no complaints.

Overall things went very well. We had the estimate done during the winter and we scheduled the work to be done in Spring. The estimator was on time for the meeting, thoroughly inspected our roof, and quoted a price with various options. In the process he found some problems with our chimney and recommended a contractor to take care of them. We used that contractor with complete satisfaction. The quoted price for the roof seemed fair.
