A+ experience. Joyland has worked on several of my multiple roofs. NOT ONCE have I encountered any issues with the workmanship, professionalism and followup from Joyland. Outstanding company and outstanding group of employees from the person answering the phones, to the men who climbed the ladders as well as foremen and owner. I live in York County and have hired multiple roofers (from York county) over many decades and not once have we had the experience as with Joyland.

The crew did a great job and were very efficient. We were surprised when we went to pay that a large surcharge was going to be applied if we paid by credit card ($400 +). Fortunately we had the cash but this should have been mentioned before hand.

Excellent from initial response to completed work. Have them on speed dial from now on. I noticed damage to soffit and fascia due to wind on 9 Dec. I had damaged soffit on the other end that had been there a while due to birds. Both too high for my comfort so sent email - Joyland responded by email that day (Saturday). I was unable to get quotes from others as no one else responded at all. Zach Peet came by the day after Christmas and gave me a quote that was the same price as the guy who did a similar job over 10 years ago so I was good. He was unable to do the job that day as he did not have the right soffit (tough to tell from the pictures I had sent earlier). Came back today and finished the job in less than an hour and looks good. Pros: timely response. Showed up on the right days. Took his time to answer all my questions (I always try to learn from the pros). Provided an assessment of roof condition while he was on top. Took the time to walk me through the different types of exhaust boots, how to safety access roofs, etc. A roofing class and a fixed roof for the price of one! Negatives: Minor - He did not call/text ahead of time. On day one he showed up a few hours earlier than I expected (I think he tried to call but had the wrong number). On day two about 20 minutes later than expected with no call.

Good workers clean up like it looked before the project. Go communication about the project. Good company you can trust. Will use Joyland again in on future projects.

Service to my roof was performed efficiently and professionally. I was shown the problem and given an estimate immediately. The work was done at that time I could not have asked for more.

They called me back immediately. Set up an appointment for a quote as soon as possible. Zach came out and explained that was needed. He gave me a quote right away as well. I approved it and they came back the very next morning to fix everything. I highly recommend and will be calling again.

It is a pleasure write a review that is from the heart due to a job well done. We had an extraordinary experience with Joyland. From the initial sales contact, estimation, and the job from start to finish was executed with precision by this company. The cleanup was like the roof replacement and masonry work had never taken place. The sales / project manager was with us through the entire process and followed up afterwards for a final inspection of the property. This company is highly recommended.

Ok, certain angles on roof could be cut with more accuracy. Worker were at there best behavior and complete their work in a orderly manner, personnel were friendly.

The repair job went WAY better than expected! Ronnie was wonderful! He was straightforward about the work they were doing. They discovered some unexpected areas that really needed addressed. He explained the situation and probably outcomes to me as well as his concerns. Although it ended up. being more money, it was my decision based on what he showed me. Well worth the extra money - my roof and chimney will never leak again. I am grateful for the quality of work that was done on my roof and chimney rebuild. Everything looks great and they responded in a timely fashion and kept communication open. Only complaint is our estimate ended up being off by almost $1000. I wish a more thorough site visit before the roof was ripped off could have prevented this unexpected extra bit. But other than that, very happy with the job

Perfectly. They did a detailed inspection, provided an equally detailed quote and scheduled the job. They showed up on time and staid until the job was completed. I didn't have to pay until I was completely satisfied. I would hire them again.
