i made a call to Century to get an estimate and they reponded the same day and with in a few days later they scheduled 2 guys to show up and make the gutter.

Very satisfied with staff and work. Although this was not a large project they fixed it very quickly.

Very professional. They were willing to do what I needed.

Century came to provide a quote on time as arranged. At our request, they gave us multiple options for a gutter replacement with various and quot;gutter guardand quot; styles. The prices were in line with other quotes we received. Hurricane Sandy preempted the first scheduled service date, but they came as promised on the second try. The work was done quickly and professionally. There was no evidence a contractor had been on site other than the new gutters on the house. We had some additional minor exterior repair needs, and although that's not Century's business, they quoted and provided that repair service for us. A nice little extra customer service that impressed us. The utility man who came to do the repairs was very efficient. He worked quickly (on a per-hour rate) and explained everything he did). At this point, with leaves still coming down, the system is performing great. Overall, a nice experience.

I contacted Century Spouting (Eliabethtown, PA), to do some gutter and spouting repair work. I have used this company in the past for gutter cleaning. I scheduled an appointment and was told they would be there - I had specifically asked if the company could narrow it down to morning or afternoon. The receptionist stated that they could not narrow the time window just that they would be there sometime that day. On the day that Century was scheduled - I called at 12:00 noon to see if they could approximate a time in the afternoon. The receptionist said my job was on the schedule and she attempted to reach the installer, but the installer was not answering his cell phone. She assured me that Century would be there "sometime this afternoon." Well - Century did not show up, I never received a telephone call from Century stating they would not be able to meet the scheduled appointment. I called the next day to inform the manager that the appointment was not kept by Century. He did apologize but offered not explanation for what happened. I will not do business with companies that make appointments and do not keep them. I would not recommend Century Spouting.

We were pretty much happy with their work. We had a little bit of trouble getting them out this time, but that was because after the snowstorm, I think lots of places had the same problem we had with the branches coming down. We had them to do the work before, and their work is fine. The price didn't seem unreasonable. I was afraid that it would cost more.

Very professional work was done and cleanup afterwards, but if you expect low prices or quick action, consider some other option.

They did okay, they were fine. I think they could have recommended a repair instead of replacing the whole roof.

They called before they came and were right on-time. Very quick and efficient.

They came when scheduled and did a professional job. The work was good quality and I am pleased with the results.

They were very prompt but the estimate was too high. The estimate was for putting up a roof on the house. It was good. The only discrepancy was with the price not right.

Excellent! I installed the roof and Century installed seamless gutters and gutter helmet a few days after. The house is 20 years old and had aluminum sofit and gutters. I keep the old sofit but the new gutter matched the old color very close. Under recomendation of the salesman, I chose a darker color for the leaf guard. He told me it will blend in with the roof and not show dirt the a light color would show. He was right. I have waited over 6 months (fall and winter) to write this report. I hae 20 trees close to the house and the gutters are still clean. The price was slightly higer but the company has been around for a long time and I feel good about them being here many years from now ( not like others I delt with in the past). Clean up was good and the workmenship was perfect. I will do business with them again.

The company was great through the estimating and start up process. The work was performed in a timely manner and the crew hauled away the vast majority of the mess made by the project. The only issue that we had arise was that our final bill came out about $1000 more than quoted. We had agreed that the company would contact us for a change order if they identified anything that would increase the price. That did not happen. We finally negotiated that we would pay 50% of the increase. We were satisfied with the service and final result.

My brother had some work done from them. I had a chance to look at their work and they were very good. They worked not quickly but also did not take a lot of time. They left the place as neat as a pin every day. They did a very nice work. The job did not drag on forever. I had the siding done in a week and a half. I had the roofing done by the end of the day. They came at 07:00 and the roof was done by 13:00 on the same day. One would not even know that they were here and I had a new roof. The mess and everything else was gone. They were superb. They were very prompt with the estimate and I got what they claimed that I would get. I had the entire storm thing going through the roof and I would not give a twelve nickel for what they did. They were very good. Their price was a little more than the other service providers but they were worth it. I wanted somebody who would be here after six months rather than down the road, in some other place. A lot of these roofing and siding service providers would come and go. I knew a lot of local companies that were a lot cheaper but they were probably not that cheap after all. Moreover, I got a claim from the insurance company and I did not have to pay from my pocket.
