"Zack told me he would do a good mulching job that would last 3 to 6 months with no weeds. Week later the weeds are popping up everywhere. I called Zack, but he refused to talk to me and communicate with me about the issue therefore I am contacting the bank to get my money back because I did not receive a good job and he does not want to work with me. It’s very sad that people have to be like this. This is not fair. I will not be taken advantage of, be warned do not call or have your services performed by this so called company.. You will be disappointed."
