+ -1 moreMultiple attempts to get a quote apparently went unnoticed, I was not contacted.
Description of Work: This provider did nothing, literally nothing. I called twice and left messages, and filled out their online form to get a quote to do some concrete work. After 2 weeks, none of my phone calls were returned, nor was I contacted as a result of submitting the online request for quote. I don't give out 'F' ratings haphazardly, but poor customer service and lack of professionalism in this case deserve the 'F' ratings.
