The Flying Locksmiths came in at about the same cost as the other pros, but Jeff was incredibly informative and professional, and I went with them because of the level of customer service I was given from the start (I received a phone call within minutes and since I had requested emails, they immediately followed up with a text and a more thorough email that outlined all the options). They were incredibly easy to work with, and when they got to my house and I needed something different than what I had initially thought, Darren was easily able to change course and do the needed work. He was also extremely conscientious about laying down a drop cloth to keep my new home clean, answered any of my questions, and remained focused on getting the job done quickly and well. I love the Flying Locksmiths and will absolutely use them again if needed and recommend them to friends!
