Sure-Fix Remodeling

Excellent company. Was told it would take 6 weeks. Entire no completed in 4. Workers showed up every day at 9 am. Everyone was professional And eager to please. Tony the project manager was press every day making sure everything was going on schedule and according to specifications Some very minor issues were quickly and pleasantly corrected. Even some extras were performed at no extra charge. Excellent company, excellent people, excellent job. Very well priced.. would highly recommend

Henry, Tony and their team are all absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend them and would use them for any future projects, big or small. To start with, Henry gave us a very quick and fair estimate. Throughout the project, Tony would come daily to check in and go over everything with us. They were very receptive to what we wanted/needed, but at the same time, offered up options and opinions. Every member of their team was professional and did a great job.

Henry and I surveyed the issue and he developed some options which I decided to pursue. A sump pump with French drains to drain water that seeps into basement. We decided on price and timing and an agreement was developed, forwarded and agreed upon. Work was scheduled and crews arrived on time, in uniform, greeted me, went over their planned operation making sure I understood. During the job feedback was provided with updates etc. Left the site clean and presentable. Day one was mason to create site for the next days installation of the pump and piping. High levels of professional workmanship, safety, consideration, housekeeping and communication and overall integrity ran through all activities.

All done with a high level of expertise. Polite craftsmen always keeping me nformed as to what they are doing and why. It was a real pleasure to see supervision at various times to keep me informed. It is always a pleasure to wotk with ths company.

This company scheduled an appointment and never showed up. After sending several emails without a response, I gave up. I would not suggest doing business with this company.

Excellent workmanship. They were mindful of existing custom work and detail. Very professional, communication excellent, performed job as detailed in contract. Price estimate was right on - no surprises and fair as I had other estimates but went with Sure-Fix do to Henry’s attention to detail and professionalism at our initial visit to our home. Highly recommended!

A few days after we signed the contract, they arrived to deliver materials and to begin removing the old deck. That was on a Friday. They continued to work Saturday and Monday, and completed building the replacement deck on Tuesday. The new deck and set of stairs seem very safe and they look great! The carpenters who rebuilt this deck were knowledgeable and always very pleasant. They worked through an awful windstorm, but once they started the job their priority was to complete it. They left everything nice and clean. We will certainly enjoy using this deck this spring and summer!

This is an older stone home that I remodeled. Sure fix remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen for me. Overall they look great. BUT The water pipes freeze every winter in one of the bathrooms when the temperature drops below 10°. The reason it freezes is because they neglected to put insulation on the outside wall and around the pipes in the floor. They also did not put insulation in the outside wall in my kitchen behind the cabinets. Unfortunately I did not catch that when they were doing the remodeling. After going through this aggravation for a few years I decided to give the owner a call. I wanted to find out what could be done to remedy the problem but I never received a return call. These are small bathrooms I paid $15,000 labor only for each bathroom.

We have not yet had the job started. However, we have had preliminary discussions with Sure-Fix about details for the updates and cost. Very professional and we are very confident that the job will be done with the highest quality of work. We are looking forward to working with Sure-Fix on this job as soon as we are ready to start this project.

I typically do not write reviews however, we are so happy with the professionalism and craftsmanship I felt it was necessary. We moved into a new home over Labor Day weekend and were prepared to spend time gathering esitmates. However, when we contacted Sure Fix the owner, Henry Rouhana, was the most responsive and met us at our home on moving day. We knew we made the right choice almost initially. Henry was down to earth, open, honest, and took the time to discuss the project in detail. You could tell he cared very much about his professional reputation and integrity. In a business where it can be difficult to trust what you will receive Henry was a breath of fresh air. Henry was ready to get his team started the next day, even on a holiday weekend, and his prices were a great value for the work and personal attention we received. Henry brought in a team of carpenters, painters, plumbers, and electricians over the next few weeks to complete a wide range of projects on our new home. Henry provided expert consultation on every step. No job was too small or too big. He treats his workers with respect and it is a family environment. In turn, his team cared very much about the craftsmanship and detail. They were on time, worked hard, and consulted us with questions. They made suggestions that improved the quality of the work. I was very impressed with the operation from start to finish. We are so happy to have found Sure Fix and have them as our go to company for any home project in the future. I obtained estimates for several contractors and hired them based on their good reviews as well as the fact that they were the only one that really seemed to "listen" to what I was envisioning as opposed to telling me what they would/could do. It was a great give/take partnership in completing the design of my 600 sq/ ft. basement. All the workers worked for them.. not subs. the workers were always prompt, courteous, and did a nice job. They checked with me at every step of the process to ensure things were going as I wished and were open to small changes here and there. My remodel was a bit more complicated than a basic basement finishing as I was adding a hot tub; so special electric, ventilation, and opening the wall to the outside to get the tub in made this a bit more complicated. It all went without a hitch. Overall I am very pleased with the job. The time frame for the job was as promised and I am now loving the new space. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for another job.

Henry, Tony and Team did a great job installing my basement bedroom, bathroom, and closet. They were efficient in getting it done when they said they would

Work was done very professionally with great attention to detail and absolutely no shortcuts were taken. The carpenter assigned to the job, Steve, built the deck as if it were being done at his own home. We have received many compliments on the looks and integrity of the new Trex deck. Township inspections were passed with no discrepancies found. Building codes were followed to the T. We are exceptionally happy with this project.

After 25 years we decided to replace our lime green tub and Brady Bunch tiled bathroom with a walk in tiled shower with frameless glass door. This was a total remodel, vanity, walls, recessed mirror and fancy modern ceiling fan. Henry showed up and estimated the job and was the only contactor, out of the three I previously solicited, who wrote up a detailed estimate, payment and time schedule. I felt confident Sure-Fix was the right choice. The job foeman Tony showed up with his crew and from day one like clockwork the crew was given their instructions and the following day Tony would appear to inspect progress and the quality of work. No job goes without hiccups but Tony is equipped to make adjustments and corrections on the spot and always with my approval. The plumber, electrician, and mason (tile) were also experienced professionals. I befriended each and every one. We now are the owners of a gorgeous modern main bath, which we are extremely excited to use on a daily basis and proud to send guests to when needed. The job was in fact finished ahead of schedule, which was deeply appreciated, since this was our only shower, we were using our travel trailer to bathe, and we had a graduation to attend in another state. Tony made sure the job was done the day before we had our travel plans. The best part however was the skeptical better half who was reluctant with my initial choice having to admit what that I was right. She just adores her new accommodations and the work performed by Sure-Fix Remodeling. I hope this review helps when selecting your contractor, I’m pretty sure if you have realistic expectations you will be extremely pleased with this choice.

I had the ugliest kitchen in Bethlehem, it was dark, small, unorganized. A nightmare... I had looked extensively for a company to help me with this prodject. Finally, I found Sure Fix, what a relief to find easy to talk to professionals. A great company run by a great man. Very organized and caring. Not only did his team do a great job, but they made it such a great experience. No headaches, no hassles.. clean work done well. I plan to have them do many more projects in the future! Now, I have the loveliest kitchen in Bethlehem!

This was a remodel of a small bath, but we can't say enough about Sure-Fix. Henry came by in a timely way for the estimate, and the job started on time. Tony, the on-site supervisor, was present daily in the morning to assess the prior day's progress, explain what would be done next, answer any questions, and make sure we had the correct supplies on hand. The construction staff was courteous and professional, worked efficiently, and the work was completed on time. Each day the site was cleaned up especially well. Afterward, there was one small detail we noticed which hadn't been completed. A quick call to Tony had a person there the next day to take care of it. There was no questioning or quibbling on their part. They want the customer to be satisfied, and WE WERE! Would highly recommend them.

Henry, the owner is a fine professional to work with , as are his crew members. They removed and installed a new floor in my kitchen as the wife and I are pleased with the final finish work. I have used them before and will call on them again as the need arises.

It went very well! The crew treated my home with respect and were clean and very polite. My husband and I had no worries all of the clean up including removal of trash was completed by Sure Fix!

Henry was excellent, initially. When I called to set up the estimate, he was quick to set up a day/time and was punctual when he arrived. We went into the basement and I explained what we had envisioned for the area. According to Henry, it would be an easy project and he reviewed what he would do to the area after taking some measurements. His thoughts were different from other contractors who had provided estimates on a few areas (drop vs. drywall ceiling, etc.) but that is to be expected. We briefly discussed the need to install an egress. Henry stated that it would need to be installed before the remodel could begin (which is inaccurate according to our township code). Henry stated that, within the next few days, I would receive a "feeler" email from his office to make sure I could receive emails (which was a bit odd) but then I would receive a full estimate within a week. He then asked if we were on a budget, which I thought was peculiar, but I indicated that we had received a few other estimates and had a number in mind for the project. Since that day (2 weeks ago), I have not received any communication from Henry or the "office". I've monitored my spam folder, as well as the promotional/social tabs to see if anything has popped up, but it has not. In fairness, I have not reached out, either. I believe that, if a contractor wants a job, it is their responsibility to contact a customer. Suffice to say, I don't believe this was a job of interest to Henry -- likely due to the "budget" question. I am sure that Sure-Fix does great work and I don't begrudge Henry to not following through (it didn't cost me anything), but I think it's important that any and all experiences with companies on Angie's List should get feedback. The lack of contact and professionalism from Sure-Fix was disappointing and their score has been reflected as such.
