Sure-Fix Remodeling

My project moved along at a very good speed and was completed in under the time that I was told it would take which was very appreciated! I would love to work with this company again in the future.

It was awesome!! Henry and his crew were professional! Henry gave me quote that was understandable and with reasonable payments. The guys who completed the work did a super and thro job. They answered my question and concerns along the way! Henry did physical check ins daily. If he was not satisfied he had his men fix the issue. Sure-Fix even went above and beyond my expectations!! So pleased. We will use sure-fix again for our next project! Highly recommended

The entire process has gone incredibly smoothly, from initial planning to the finished result. Sure fix made each step of the process easy to understand, their site supervisor was incredibly responsive to anything we needed and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Our remake was a total kitchen and bath, gutted and remade. They finished on time and it is not only a functional and beautiful project but it came in on time and within the budget. No surprises!!!.. We will be using their services again!

Excellent. The workers were on time and maintain work area clean. We have used this company for years and they have never disappointed us. We already have projects set for next Spring. Henry and Tony are great people.

We signed a contract with Sure Fix on April 5th for painting, carpentry, tile work, plumbing and electric work totaling over $25,000 to remodel the house we had just moved into. Sure Fix's performance was decidedly mixed, and we would not hire them again. 1) 5-6 WEEKS LONGER THAN ESTIMATED Before selecting Sure Fix, Henry the owner told us the project would take TWO TO THREE weeks. In reality, they took EIGHT WEEKS, or 3-4 times longer than the estimate. 2) LATENESS NOT DUE TO ADDITIONAL WORK We added and subtracted work items after the work began, and the net cost of additional work only totaled about 20% more than the original price--a workload justifying only a few days of extra labor, and not a 5-6 week overrun. 3) ON MANY DAYS, DID NO WORK ON OUR PROJECT There were many days when only 1 or 2 workmen worked for just a few hours, and at least 10 entire days when no workmen came at all. This was a matter of health for us, as my boyfriend has asthma and was adversely affected by the dust that the prolonged work period exposed us to. 4) THEY JUGGLE MANY JOBS AT THE SAME TIME Tony, the project manager, justified his periodic abandonment of our project by writing: "We have several jobs going on and we have to be fair to everyone." We felt, however, that being fair to us would mean completing our project, without gaps of inactivity, in 2-3 weeks as promised--but that did not happen. Instead, Tony wrote on a day when no work happened: "I have other jobs to do." 5) MADE MAJOR MISTAKES COSTING US TIME AND/OR MONEY Among other mistakes, a whole week was lost when Sure Fix erred by ordering a custom countertop made of the wrong material. In the end, Henry charged us an extra $1,500 for the substitute higher-grade material we ultimately selected, but we would have been happy with our previous choice for $1,500 less. 6) STOPPED COMMUNICATING AFTER LAST PAYMENT, LEAVING WORK UNDONE After we made final payment, we could see that final touch-ups had been done with the wrong paint, and those touch-ups now required touching-up themselves. We texted Tony several times and left a voice mail for Henry to schedule the fixes still due, but neither of them bothered to answer us. SUMMARY Their workmen were friendly and the work was generally good. But on balance, we would certainly not hire Sure Fix again. Photos of some of the work that Sure Fix left uncorrected are attached.

Sure Fix did one full bathroom, another bathroom floor, and granite counters for us. They were efficient, highly skilled, and everything went as planned. We're very pleased with the work product. For future work, they'll be our first call.

SureFix did a great job upgrading my laundry room. We had a multitude of services, and I am very happy with all of it. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

We had a fantastic experience with Sure Fix. We have actually never had a good experience with a contractor until we worked with them. They were professional and timely. If there were any small errors, they fixed them. We were extremely please with their work.

Remodel went well. It was a full gut and complete remodel. Will use Sure Fix again in the future for the kitchen remodel. Henry and his team are great and easy to work with.

We've used Sure-Fix in the past and been really pleased, so when it came time to remodeling our kitchen, it was a no-brainer to go with them again. We're totally pleased with the remodel - new paint, cabinets (Candlelight Cabinetry), countertops, electrical, etc. Any small problems were fixed immediately. Friends and family have had nothing but great things to say. Would we use them again? You bet. There's a reason why they receive such consistently high reviews in so many areas of construction and remodeling.

From top to bottom-the service was top notch. All workers were so pleasant and cooperative to work with. I couldn't have imagined it going any better...in fact we're already lining up our next project with Sure-Fix-I'd recommend to anybody in a heartbeat!!!!!

They did a great job. All of the workers were very skilled and also very friendly. Demolition was quick and all trash removed. We love our new bathroom.

SURE-FIX GUYS SHOWED UP ON TIME WENT RIGHT TO WORK. GOT IT DONE CLEAN AND NEAT. WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY DIDN'T LEAVE TILL THEY ASKED ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. GREAT WORK SURE FIX . I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

This job was my dream, to have a open concept kitchen into the dining area for entertaining. I had waited 5 years for this dream kitchen!! Henry's team was excellent! They gutted the whole kitchen to nothing and rebuilt it in 6 weeks. The team kept the dust down to a minimum by covering the doorways with plastic and covering dining room furniture with plastic too. The Cabinet team was great!! They built a custom cookbook shelf in a small space and I love it! That bookshelf seems to be the first thing my friends notice and comment how they want one! All the joints and miters on crown molding and granite are perfect. Henry's choices of granite styles and colors are impressive. The soft close cabinets, flooring and backsplashes choices have many combinations and great colors to choose from. I cannot say enough about Henry's team except Thank you!! For all your hard work and dedication into making my dream kitchen beautiful and the way I wanted it!!!!

Very, very well despite some unforeseen obstacles. The quality of their work was top notch; their employees were professional in their work including respecting our home while under construction. The professionalism extended to their administrative staff as well. What was most impressive is they honored their quote despite missing one aspect of the scope of work. I even offered to entertain an adjustment in price but Henry (the owner) would not hear of it. Finally, understand I was a contractor for a significant part of my career. They performed and provided the type of quality of their work I would have expected from my own employees. They are first class and I offer my unqualified endorsement.

Great. We had gotten a lower bid from another place, but because we had such a great experience with Sure-Fix and two bathroom remodels we went with them. So glad we did. Their workmanship and work ethic is fantastic.

We are going to use them again for our kitchen and will recommend them to everyone. Were do I begin? Every one in the company goes above and beyond what you might find with other companies. They were courteous, clean, respectful, fast and did an amazing job. Craftsmanship was spot on, they take pride in the work they do Tony the job super kept us informed as to what was going to be done next and when it would take place, Carmine there tile installer was so meticulous in his work and it shows. The company installing the glass for our shower commented on what a great job he did and how it made it easy for them. I can go on all day about what a great experience it was and how we have no regrets in who we chose. I highly recommend Sure-Fix remodeling for any job you're looking to have done.
