Sure-Fix Remodeling

The owner, Henry, is courteous and honest. He was present on the day he quoted the job and was regularly on site to check the progress of the work. The crew who performed the work were very polite and professional. They began the project promptly on the scheduled date, kept the work area clean and helped us with our crossword puzzle (What four letter word ending in U names a place bombed by the Japanese in December 1941 - OAHU). The project was completed in record time (2 days) and the finished product was gorgeous. I opted for Sure Fix to install some quarter round around the ceiling perimeter, but they didn't just install a thin strip of quarter round. They installed a lovely slim built up ceiling moulding that is superior to slapping up some plain quarter round. The gypboard seams were flawless. I've dealt with lots of contractors and Sure Fix is like a dream. Look no further, these are your guys.

The final product was perfect! The project took only 2 and a half days! We purchased all the materials (tiles, granite) and they charged $4,500 for the labor. No problems with them at all! This company deserve two thumbs up!

It went great! I met with the owner of the business personally. I like that he came out and met with me. I think that speaks to the pride he has about his business. I also like that he reighed me in with my grand deals idea but he was tactful and professional.

Every contact with Sure-fix resulted in prompt, professional service, from the estimate to the actual work. We added some work to the original contract the day the work started. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. The quality of their work was excellent. I am very pleased with the service I received from Sure-fix and I would definitely use them again.

From start to finish Project went very smooth. From the estimate Henry told you what amount of tile and supplies you needed and suggestions of where to purchase. All help were friendly and treated your property with respect. Henry from the estimate to completion, made you feel comfortable with the project and gave many suggestions on what would be best. Henry personally came several times thru the job process and reviewed progress items to be addressed and made sure you were happy! All workers were dedicated to their job and made you feel as if they were working on their own project. Placed tarps everywhere to limit dirt and cleaned up daily of project litter. Would use again in future! His service is hard to beat!

Heny is a great guy told us that he could come in and do the job. The ceiling repair was great the patch was in a very hard place. They touched it up with paint we had and you would never know it was there. The pocket door on the other hand, nothing went right. They had to come back a second day so we were without the room for almost a week. They had to move a light switch and didnt put it where I asked or tell me it couldnt go in either place we discused. when they left the first day they left live wiring exposed. They also got spackle on my light switch, I wouldnt really care if it was a normal 99 cent light switch but it is a insteon light switch that cost 50 dollars. Also after they left I found a handfull of broken screws, nails and staples in my driveway. They finished today and I was told it is ready for paint. I agree its ready for paint if that includes sanding, caulking and paint. I will not be using sure fix again or recommending them to anyone.

This project was by far, the best contractor experience we have ever had. Henry was a pleasure to work with and made every step of the project a breeze. His price was competitive, he responds to every email, phone call, and text promptly, and he visits around the customer's work schedule. He is extremely professional, and his employees are reliable, punctual, and clean. In addition, his carpenter did a phenominal job on installing cabinets that we purchased from Ikea. We were amazed at how quick everything was done, including the permit, framing, insulation, drywall, and painting. Like any project, we had a few minor issues including the electrical and spackle work, but Henry was quick to address them right away, and did not give us a hard time. Henry is the type of person who will go out of his way to make his customers feel comfortable and happy. Overall we could not be happier with the final product. We highly recommend this contractor and would definitely use them again in the future.

From start to finish Henry from Sure-fix was a pleasure to work with. He was on point with everything we wanted to do regarding our bathroom! Henry gave my husband and I great suggestions. We scheduled an appointment to have an estimate done on repairing damage to our house, and despite giving us a time frame and day for an appointment, they did not show. Initially, we were told it would be at 3pm. When they did not show, we called at about 3:45pm. At that time, we were told that 3pm was in their notes, but their schedule said they would be at our place between 12pm and 4pm - but that they couldn't actually come to our house until about 6pm at the earliest, since they were in Washington, NJ. - about 45 minutes to an hour away from my home in PA - and wouldn't even be able to leave for some time, as they were still doing work. While I understand that things happen and circumstances arise, I do not understand why A. I was told 3pm when they knew they were going to be doing work in NJ around that time, and B. if the work ran longer than expected, no one called us to let us know (if we hadn't called them, I have no idea how long it would have taken us to hear from them). Obviously, I cannot speak to the quality of their work (which may or may not be good ), nor their prices (which may or may not be reasonable) - I can just comment on their lack of communication regarding keeping an appointment, which may speak to their ability in keeping with a schedule. If I cannot rely on them to make an appointment for an estimate, nor to let me know they cannot make they appointment, I do not trust them to complete work on time once hired, or communicate delays accordingly.

We are very happy with the job. Henry is very good at sending the right people at the right time to keep the job going smoothly. His workers usually show up between 8:00 and 8:30. There was only one day that he forgot to call and tell me that there would be no workers that day. Henry came to our house about every two days of work to check on progress and the quality of the work. He is very personable. The job took two weeks and that is exactly the amount of time he told me it would take.

I was satisfied with their service when they gave me a quote. I got them from online research.

It took a little longer than expected to schedule the work, but owner always responded promptly to phone calls and emails. Workers were very polite, efficient and fast. Answered all my questions and were very meticulous with work. They worked about a day and a half and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied with my new deck railing and would use this company again!

Henry was on time when we met for the estimate. His crew showed up on time the day they were scheduled. They did good work and were respectful. When I pointed out some scraps in my yard, they cleaned it up perfectly. Henry stopped by to make sure that the work was done well and the charge was exactly the estimate. They even went above and beyond and put in a bit of trim to make it look nice. I would recommend them to anyone getting work done.

For both jobs, the people were punctual, professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Henry is a great person to work with, he is willing to tailor the job to what you are interested in and find you the best, most cost-effective solution. We are very happy with them and will work with them in the future for our home improvement projects - they seem to do it all, and very well at a reasonable price!

Well, like many I was skeptical about all the great reviews, but trust me?.they are not wrong! Henry and his workers showed up on time, completed the job earlier then expected and left my home cleaner then when they arrived. I can not say enough good things about Henry. I looked on Angie's list for someone to update my kitchen & read great reviews about Sure-Fix. I want to assure you the service was as good as what is written. Henry and his whole crew were professional, responsive, and hard-working. They helped with choosing the design as well as the function. They helped keep my costs down by encouraging me to stay within my budget & not get sidetracked by unnecessary updates. The work was thorough and well-done. They always arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. If there was a change in schedule, Henry would call & let me know. They took great care not to damage anything, for instance, when they moved my refrigerator into the living room and didn't leave a single mark on the floor. I do not live in the best neighborhood or have the nicest house, but Henry and his crew treated my kitchen & my business as respectfully as he would a million-dollar listing. It went really well. My biggest concern was money and time, and they were cheaper than I expected and it didn't take as long as I had expected. They gave me a 10 day estimate, and they finished before those 10 days were up. They didn't pressure me and they were honest with their abilities and thoughts about the project.

Henry, the owner of Sure Fix was very responsive and was hands on with every step of the project. His workers were amazing, and the work was completed on time, on budget, and the results were fantastic!

Henry came out and give me a quote right on the spot. It was a solid quote and the work went off just like he said it would. They arrived on time the morning of the work. The guys were nice and very CLEAN. The ceiling and walls look great. They did a great job. After the work was completed they cleaned up everything! It really does look very good.

It was high but we decided to go with him. We needed a few walls to paint. I showed him more projects for the future to see if he wanted to work with us. He said yes but never gave me an estimate for those projects. He told us he was going to come the following week and that he would call us. The following week came and no call. We went ahead and hired somebody else who was cheaper and punctual. He called us two weeks later apologizing but that the weather pushed his projects. I understand but couldn't he have called us the week he had promised to come?

Henry is very responsive and attentive to detail. He will help you select the materials needed for the job, and Henry's pricing is also very competitive. This is the second time I've hired Sure Fix to do remodeling/installation work, and I've been happy both times. I would not hesitate to hire Henry again. The only caveat I would mention to others is that it's important when you hire Sure Fix to make sure that you discuss any detail items you want completed with Henry before the job begins. Henry's crew works quickly and the guys take their direction from Henry, so it's important to make sure Henry knows any specific items you want installed, or design elements you want included so that he can tell his crew. I thought that Tarek (one of Henry's crew) was particularly attentive to the final details of the job and helped make our bathroom look great.

The cost was fair. They were excellent and they were professional to work with. We have used his services twice. They leave our home neat and clean and they pick up after themselves. They do the job promptly and they come when they say they will. They stay with the job until they are finished.

The three men did work that I requested on site as I had to make other work being done blend into the total scope of our major project. I was very pleased with there work and the flexable attitude while completing there part of this total project. I will use them again if the general contractor,sure-fix works with me. I'm sure this can work out for all of us in the future.

The owner of the company provided the quote and consistent communication throughout the process. Any concerns were handled immediately. Craftsmanship was top notch. We are very satisfied with the complete process and finished product.

We did not end up going with Henry and his company, but i felt it was important to give him a positive review since he was so professional and nice. He did want to make us happy and do what he could to help us out financially with the job. It just ended up coming down to numbers why we didn't end up going with Sure-Fix-Remodeling.
