Henry and crew were professional in their work, following through to job completion. They covered everything in the contract plus some additional details he threw in. He was reasonable and easy to work with. He suggested building out the door frames and wrapping the dry wall inside the window openings. Both suggestions worked quite well. He was readily available by phone, text and/or email. We are very happy with the way things went and love the end result.

Mr. Rouhana aka Sure Fix Remodeling was very professional. Removed and replaced our deck in a timely manner. Mr. Rouhana explained everything that would be done and materials that would be used to replace the deck. Would recommend his company.

took about 3 weeks which was time estimate given, always started on time each morning. Put tarps down each day when entering and cleaned up completely every evening. Very accommodating and was able to adjust to make my minor changes during process. All construction materials and garbage removed. All crews very trustworthy, courteous and respective. We've had our share of home improvement projects over the years in various cities and Sure-Fix was a breath of fresh air. They were responsive, knowledgable, prompt and courteous. They listened to what we wanted and the result was a high-quality bathroom that we love. Henry & Tony strive to make you happy with your project and go the distance to make that happen. While they were not the lowest quote, they were not the highest but the quality was not compromised.

Totally professional. Workmen arrived on time each day. Different crews arrived as needed. Workers very friendly, willing to explain each step as they proceeded, and made helpful suggestions. Henry showed up all 3 mornings to check on the crews and discuss progress with us. Workers cleaned up when finished.

We decided that we were going to purchase all of the materials and Henry and his great team of workers installed everything for us. I am a disabled veteran and I get discounts at home improvement stores so I thought that would be the best way to go. Henry was happy to assist us with that. He started with the tile in the bath and laundry first and those workers were great and did a fabulous job. It is amazing just how skilled they are. We were quite please with how it turned out. The tile guys were on time cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. Then they moved to taking down the wall. It was a big job adding the header but those guys did it in no time. They had the new header up and the wall framed out in 2 days. Looks great and it makes a huge impact with the open concept. Henry ( the owner) then scheduled the installation of the island with Bob and there were a few problem with the products that Lowes had sent me. So they worked with me while I had those pieces sent back waiting for new ones. Then Henry sent his hardwood flooring guys. We did have a little problem they were to staple the floors to the subfloor. However when they tried to do this the Bamboo was so hard it was bending the nails so we had to go to a glued down floor. No difference in the look of the floor. Just an extra 600.00 for the glue.. Ouch! But that problem could not have been foreseen. The hardwood is absolutely stunning! It is amazing to watch just how quick they go. 800 square ft glued down in less than 2 days. If ever we had any questions or a problem came up Henry the owner always answered his phone and came up with a solution promptly. I haven't had the need for contractors very often but I have heard other people's horror stories. Well there is no need to worry when hiring Sure Fix Remodeling and the owner Henry. He will be with you through the whole project start to finish and won't leave until you are a satisfied customer. Which I truly am. I highly recommend sure Fix Remodeling and Henry Rouhana. They gave us a very fair quote and said the work would be done in two weeks. Knowing how much work had to be done, my husband and I were planning for the project to possibly take more like three or more weeks. The Sure-Fix team showed up bright and early every morning, working diligently all day and lo and behold our bathroom was done in just under two weeks. The team was always very courteous and professional and we always felt the communication was good. They were very accommodating of our schedules and wanted us to be 100% happy with the job they'd done. We are so pleased with the results and would happily work with Sure-Fix again in the future.

He didn't come over right away. It took him a week to come over. He said he was kind of busy without giving a reasonable doubt for. His price was too high. I think his estimate came in around 7 thousand dollars and another quote I got was for 6 thousand. I think he needs to be more knowledgeable of what other contractors charge. When we scheduled the specified appointment he did come on time.

They did a pretty good job. They were easy to deal with. He was really good as far as coming out and giving an estimate as well as being available and following through in a timely fashion. The price was definitely reasonable. It was good.

Henry and his team provided many services for us when we bought a new home that needed many upgrades. He quoted the services at a reasonable and competitive rate. His team got the jobs done quickly and we were very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. We will definitely call Henry in the future and recommend that you call Henry for a quote for your remodeling needs.

This was our first more major home renovation. The first day I was a nervous wreck, but after the first day meeting with Tony and the crew at the beginning of the day and again at the end of the day, I felt comfortable. Since this was the only bathroom in our house and we were dealing with lead paint (and I have kids), we were out of the house during the work. I was so comfortable that I didn't even go back to the house the 2nd day. I met them each day afterward choosing between options, getting some material we were short on, and seeing the work. They guys were great. I asked them to do the work in a very aggressive timetable since we were out of the house but I gave them a little flexibility if needed. However, they met the original timetable we asked for without using any contingency and it was a shocking transformation. They had double crews working and they would get in and start early and stay late - my neighbors let me know that from what they coud tell, these guys were definitely hard workers. After we got back in there were a couple minor issues that needed adjustment. I texted Tony first thing the next business day and got a call back within 10 minutes. Later that day, one of the crews that did the work came back and made the adjustments in a half hour. Quick, with a smile and a thank you. I was very impressed all the way through and will definitely call them back for any other project I have (once I can save enough money again to do something!).

NO RESPONS AT ALL!!!!!

Every thing went perfect.....we had trouble finding a certain size vanity and Henry looked all over and made his contacts to find a certain size vanity.......Henry found one but we choose a slightly larger one. Henry and us were texting back and forth while we will were at Lowes.......Henry gave us a list of everything to get in great detail.....to save us money we went and did the shopping ourselves at Lowes......Henry's crew did the entire job in 4 days........always on time long before 830. Funny on the first day while stripping the bathroom of all the major stuff I was around the corner and slept through it all.......I pretty much did that every morning while Henry's crew worked.....we have some very small projects for Henry but we will hire him for our next large project with the kitchen.....

The entire project went very smoothly. Henry was quick to respond to our inquiry for an estimate and was very professional in dealing with us. We found it very nice to be able to go to Lowe's and pick out all of our items. Henry then arranged for everything to be picked and delivered to our home. He was there as the truck was unloaded and made sure we had everything we needed. He even took care of making sure the wrong faucet we received was returned and replaced. His employees were on site everyday prior to 8:00 am and worked until 5:00 pm each day. It was great to see Henry stop by multiple times throughout the day to check on his staff and make sure we did not have any questions. Each day they cleaned everything up and we could not even tell that work was being done in the house. At the completion of the project he again made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. About a week after he was done we discovered a small leak under the sink and he had his plumber out the next day to fix the problem. I could not be happier with Sure Fix and will definitely use them again!

Henry and his team are model professionals. They were extremely respectful and responsive. The Sur Fix folks pay attention to detail, and they are very flexible with changes. Henry has an architectural background by trade and is a visionary when imagining the right plan for the space. His team always cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use Sur Fix on our next project...won't even shop around!

Henry was very responsive to calls and came and gave us an estimate. We felt it was a bit high, and we wanted the senior discount he offered. He was reluctant, but agreed to cut $500 from the cost. He did an excellent job and there was only one problem, to which he promptly responded and fixed within a day. Easy to do business with.

It went better than I expected! Paul was professional, friendly- giving us a very good price for work l that was completed wonderfully. I have already recommended him to friends and my in laws want to hire him for some work around their house. He also called me later that night to make sure I was satisfied with his work. Follow up calls are uncommon today so I really appreciated it. I will definitely use him again!

We had been living in a bedroom with a poorly applied popcorn ceiling and remnants of a previous paint color where the wall meets the ceiling for almost 8 years, so this project was one that was long overdue and anticipated. Being that this was out of my realm of expertise, we hired Sure-Fix Remodeling to handle this and a few other projects as mentioned above. Henry the owner was very punctual and responsive to my initial requests for a quote, and I had him return a second time to expand the quote to the dining room work. I felt that the price that was quoted was very reasonable. Henry's crew was scheduled to begin work about a month after we were quoted for the project and arrived on time. I was at work during the time that this project was being conducted, but my wife and parents were present at the house. Henry originally gave the estimated project duration as the week of 01/12/15. As it turns out, using separate teams to complete the individual projects, they were able to complete the entire job in one day. Overall the finished product was good and worth what we paid for. The two rooms in question now look very well appointed and make a world of difference to the resale value of the home. I would like to be able to close my review with an entirely positive rating, but do not feel that I can do so due to communication issues at the close of the job. The issue for me had to do with the information that I received when I returned home from work as the project wrapped up. I was informed by project manager Tim McGeehan that the dining room ceiling fan would not power on in any of the fan settings. Tim indicated that this may have been due to receiving a faulty open box item that was repackaged as new by the supplier. He asked that I exchange the fan for another one and text him once I was ready for the reinstallation, giving me his business card for contact information. Needless to say I was disappointed, but this was not the result of anything that Sure-Fix did wrong. Anyway, about an hour later after viewing the completed work I came downstairs to attempt operation of the fan in question. The fan powered on without issue, in all of the various speed settings, for over an hour as I left it running to be certain. Since that time I have not witnessed any issues with the fan whatsoever. The bedroom ceiling fan that was installed had a glass dome that appeared crooked. I attempted to straighten this but was unable to figure out the problem, until noticing that the threaded prong that receives the screw cap appeared to be facing downward at an angle. I went to check the owners manual to see if this could be addressed, only to realize that the manual, registration/warranty and fan box were gone. I emailed both Henry and Tim the night of the project completion to indicate that the dining room ceiling fan previously reported to me as being faulty was in fact working fine, and to notify them that they must have taken the bedroom ceiling fan paperwork and box with them when they left. I specifically asked Tim if he had any feedback as to what the issue might have been with the dining room fan. For me as the customer, I am left with an uneasy feeling when the service technician tells me that the fan does not work, only to find out on my own that it works fine. To date over a month later, I have never heard back from Tim on this matter. Henry wrote back the next day to let me know he would look into the matter, and reported on 01/14/15 that Tim had indicated to him that the paperwork for the bedroom fan had been left at the house. This is not accurate. The dining room fan paperwork and box were left there, but there was no trace of the bedroom ceiling fan information. I must assume that one of their crews took it with them to hold garbage and later discarded it. My last text to Henry took place on 01/14/15, when I reconfirmed that the bedroom ceiling fan paperwork and box were not present at my house and must have been taken off site by his crew. I asked Henry to confirm if he had these items, and how I could go about obtaining the owners manual and registration/warranty information if he did not. To date over one month later, I have never heard back from Henry on this matter. Ultimately it's unfortunate for such a minor issue to have gone unaddressed. I would say that based on the work and the experience leading up to it, I would hire Sure-Fix again for certain projects. It was the lack of feedback to my concerns with the fans that was disappointing to me. It felt like my project's priority was no longer significant once the work was done and the check cashed. Either Sure-Fix was going to make the effort to replace my fan paperwork and examine with me why a dining room fan that was reported as nonfunctional worked fine for me an hour later, or they were going to tell me that there was nothing they could do for me in either regard. As it turned out, they didn't respond either way whatsoever following my final inquiry.
