Sure-Fix Remodeling

On time and on budget. Henry came out and evaluated the deck noting several rotten boards and the railing no longer met code. He qutoed a price and time frame. We hired his company. The cost of the actual work was spot on and it was completed in the time frame quoted. The men showed up on time and were ready to work. They courteous and neat during the both the destruction of the old deck and the construction of the new one. I did appreciate Henry's honesty during the quotation phase. The foundation of the deck was in great shape (beyond code) according to Henry. He let me know that original builder of our deck did a great job and it had lasted for the expected life span of a pressure treated wood deck. Will hire his company again for any future remodeling we may need.

Very well. Henry's team was very responsive and creative. During the course of work he recommended changes to the scope that resulted in a $1000 reduction to the price of the job. His craftsmen (carpenters and masons) were very professional. He was also responsive on a minor follow up item. I'm very satisfied with the work performed.

Very good. I was extremely happy with them. Again I just remember them as being very professional, both the owner when he gave the quote and the workers left the job completely done, completely clean. They did a very nice job of finishing. You have to stucco the nail pops and all that was done very, very nicely. It took them probably two days.

They told me they were too big of a company and it would be too expensive for me.

All three of the remodeling projects we've hired Sure-fix to do have gone well. All of the people working for Sure-fix take pride in craftsmanship. The projects have stayed on budget, on schedule, and we've been very happy with the end results. It's refreshing to find such an honest and reliable company.

We have not had any problems with the deck. There were two workers and it took about 2 days for the job to be complete. They cleaned up after.

Henry responded by phone to my request for an estimate even though he was on vacation. He and his helper arrived on time and conducted themselves in a professional manner. He listened to what I had to say, and seemed interested in performing a quality repair. I was given an estimate promptly, with multiple options. The pricing was competitive. In the end, I chose another contractor, but based on my experience with Henry, I can see why he has such good reviews on Angie's List.

Henry, Christy, Tony and the contractors with Sure-Fix delivered professional work at a fair price. From start to finish, the project was handled well and any issues or concerns were addressed promptly. We were going for a very modern-rustic look and Christy helped orchestrate the rendering of some different materials to make our ideas come to life (like tile backsplash that looks like reclaimed barnwood). We are very happy with our new kitchen.

They came to my house, did some work and I was very pleased with them. I would definitely call them again. I was so happy with this person that I called him again. I had a new furnace and the central air put in. They were the electricains for the the furnace and the air conditioning, when I had this problem in my house I just called the people that installed my central air and heater. They recommended these people. For that particular job the same guy came back out, so they were here on two different occasions. I would recommend them.

It wasn't much at all, cheap. It was very clean considering what they were dealing with, nothing messy at all when I got home. They didn't even need me to be home, which worked out great. They are very responsive, they get back to you. They check on it. If you have a problem they do get back to you.

I have used them a few times. They are very good. So, they accidentally walked on the wet stain and unfortunately it left footprints. And they were actually on another job when we figured out what happened. And they actually sent one of the employees. She left the office and actually came and did it herself, so we could have our deck done before the rain happened.

nitial deposit was made a month before. Work was supposed to start the week of may 8th. I was told there is a back log in his schedule because of rain. Then today ( may 12th) I get an email saying the person who installs pavers for him doesn't work for him anymore, therefore the whole contract is cancelled because it doesn't meet their minimum cost. I have tried to call him but I always get his voicemail. Extremely disappointed.

They did a fantastic job and I will hire them again for more painting.

Crews arrived when scheduled, i.e. demo, carpentry, plumbing, tiling. Workmanship was excellent & I could not not be more pleased with the result.

Henry was very courteous and talked me through his recommendations. He was on time and gave me an estimate in less than 24 hours. He said, he doesn't contract out any work and if we chose his company, he could start work almost immediately (a big bonus). After reviewing his estimate though, the price was too high considering the work to be done. I really appreciated his punctuality and quick turn-around with an estimate, but I couldn't go with him based upon price.

So far seems really good. They are prompt, courteous and always clean up when done. The bathroom isn't finished yet but they have done so far looks great! I

The owner, Henry Rouhana, was professional from the beginning. He impressed me with his approach, his detailed estimate, the fairness of his price, and the promptness of his workmen when the work began. I researched a few contractors for my deck, but Henry far surpassed the others with his professionalism. His two workmen, Steve and Fernandez were highly skilled and diligent in their work. They showed up on time, paid attention to detail and cleaned up very thoroughly when the work was complete. I would definitely use Sure-Fix Remodeling again and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and competent contractor.

Sure Fix employees were professional and courteous. The owner was accomadating and easy to work with. Everyone involved works well with our needs, concerns and desires. All involved were trustworthy. Sure Fix was responsive and accomadating to changes we made along the way. We did have a lot of dust to clean up after the project completion but this was a total remodel of our Master Bathroom so you cold expect that. We are extremely happy with the finished product and look forward to many years of use. I would advise anyone undertaking this type of project to not try to cut corners and cost by using inferior products. Spend the extra money and get quality fixtures and materials. It will be an investment years down the road.

Very impressed with how well and quickly this job came to be finished. Painters and carpenters are very skilleand did a great job around some tricky beams. . Plus they worked all day, every day and had job done much sooner than I thought it would take. We would definitely hire them again.

Very good communication about all choices and did a very good job. Did take a few days more than promised and had one no-show day. Each step of the process was done by the expert tradesman for the task. Although I paid for almost all materials, they did charge a bit extra for things I had not picked up such as grout, sealer, and granite pieces for shower seat.

Henry and his wonderful assistant Christy made sure the job went as smoothly as possible. His crew came when they were supposed to, were hard working and respectful at all times. I highly recommend them!

my husband and I are both extremely happy with the job. Henry called back promptly to come give an estimate , was at our house next day . We had time constraints to work with in and they went over and above to get it done in 2 days ! The guys did a fabulous job. Worked diligently all day , they put in long hours . They even noticed that the bedroom mirror ( exceptionally heavy piece ) wasn't safe and brought new hardware to fix it the next day . They made sure to put down covers on the floors of the rooms they were traveling through so that the floors were kept clean . Neat and tidy , cleaned up everything as they went along . This is a very courteous and thoughtful company . Owners check to make sure work is being done to the customers satisfaction. We are very satisfied with the performance , the price , and the final outcome . Wonderful company to hire . Would use again and recommend to others . The finished work was beautifully done. The plumbers and the people who replaced the floor in the bathroom were very easy to work with and were very congenial. They were comfortable with us watching everything that they did and readily answered any questions we had about the remodel. We had some minor issues, but they came back the next morning and fixed them. We plan to use Sure- Fix the next time we want to do more work.
