We have a home built in 1902, so we have needed LOTS of repairs; he is extremely honest and meticulous. His price was fair. We were quite pleased with his work. He has an incredible breadth of knowledge and expertise, so he is perfect for complex jobs. My husband and I feel blessed to have found him and have already hired him for two more projects.

I was contacted first by D. Frankel from Streeter's. Mr Frankel asked the right questions and listened to the answers that I provided to get an idea on the problem that I was having. He arrived at the appointed time and questioned me additionally to try to assess the problem. I was pleased with the work that was provided and the rates for his service and I would recommend him to others.
