Issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. They fixed the initial issues and also came back to replace a toilet and install grab bars for my recovering Father. Great attitude and very professional. Will certainly call them again.

Dylan and his Son from Streeter’s Service 1st are great! I was contacted within minutes of searching for a contractor on Angie on a Sunday evening of all days. Dylan worked diligently and quickly to find a vanity for our bathroom that fit our needs and expectations. The work was done within a day as they stated they would be able to do and even though there were a few hiccups, Dylan was able to resolve quickly and provide excellent service. My wife and I are very happy with our new vanity and the quality of work and customer service provided by Dylan and Streeters!

I had a leak under my dry sink. He came and investigated the situation, gave me a few options on how it could be taken care of and fixed the problem. He kept me informed and showed me pics and video so I would understand where the issues were. I have already recommended him to a friend and will have him back for other things that I need done.

Every thing they did was done professionally except when I contacted him I specifically ask for a PSI meter to be replaced along with a shut off valve Dylan the father brought a plug instead . He didnâ t listen to my instruction and what I wanted to fix the job I wanted. His son was polite and very knowledgeable and was quite capable of doing the work alone

Dylan's work ethic and knowledge was evident when he stopped in to give us an estimate on our project list, taking the time to offer suggestions and options. He and Michael removed a garden window and replaced with a regular window, custom made the trim and fittings, removed and replaced the corner porch column and remade and hung shutters for our front window out of cedar so no need to replace again:) Through out he always kept us updated on all aspects of timing, costs and choices. Both he and Michael were a pleasure to have working in our home. Something very important to us was the respectful and calm manner Dylan has with everyone. Doing things correctly and the right way matter and his work absolutely shows his expertise! We quite honestly feel there is no need to look elsewhere for our next project!

I live in Virginia and am wintering in Florida. I needed to hire a plumber Immediately for my elderly mother in Pennsylvania. Dylan was fabulous. He was willing to work with me long-distance and kept me updated constantly on the job status.My only regret is I didn t get to meet him in person.

Our upstairs bathroom was the one thing I hated about our house when we bought it. We never used it as toilet did not flush properly and shower was disgusting. We found out while cleaning all drains that we had a leak in shower. Due to family coming to stay, we figured we d get the leak fixed and remodel in the future. Dylan came out the day I called him and spent almost 3 hours going through everything. Found out we had no back vent from toilet. Hired him and god love him, he had the patience of a saint. A 2 week job turned into 5 weeks due to the electric wiring needing to be redone, floor and roof joists re-supported and plumbing work. Dylan walked us through every step and went above and beyond what was expected. He is a true craftsman and I now have a completely redone bathroom with all new fixtures That we LOVE. Cannot thank Dylan enough, he is definitely our go to person from now on.

Mr frankel was a pleasure to work with. he kept me informed of what was going on. on a daily basis. I would of rated Mr. Frankel a 5 except for the job being an ongoing process, due to not having enough labor to finish the job within a faster period of time, but overall he did a good job, I also thought the price was fair. H did everything as promised. I would definitely recommend him, and use him again if needed.
