He did an outstanding job.

Dylan was with me all the way. Called, stayed in touch, when I did get home showed me what he was doing and why. One mistake I made: I thought I knew what I was doing when I bought my own bath tub faucet from the big box. My intention was to get to it myself. Dylan explained why contacting him first would have given me a better faucet. We have plans down the road, he put the necessary plans in place for when this faucet needs to be replaced and when it does, I will call him first. Great service. Great price.

This is the first time I ever hired a plumer. I sent photos ahead of time. And as each problem came up, I was told about and discussed the next course of action. I would have them come out again.

Dylan was very helpful and gave us a lot of information. He was concerned that the problem was fixed properly and checked back with us to be sure we were satisfied. He stopped in a couple of days later to make some adjustments.

Dylan and Matt saved us a few days ago. We have our house under contract to sell and had a home inspection scheduled in two hours. We were checking to make sure everything was in working order and turned on a shower that was never used in the four years we lived here. No water came out but we could hear it going into the wall and found it leaking out in the basement. After a frantic internet search, we found HomeAdvisor, sent out a search for an emergency plumber and had an answer and a phone call from Dylan within five minutes. They were at our house within the hour, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and suggested an immediate solution. An hour later, the burst pipe was fixed, the small hole in the wall patched and they explained the situation to the home inspector and buyer as they were leaving. Everyone was satisfied and the leak became a non-issue. Our home inspection was done without a problem. Very professional, prompt and friendly service. Dylan was very friendly and informative throughout the project. Project completed as expected. Came in over estimate, but quite a bit less than other contractors' bids.

They were prompt at responding. Had another quote from another SP for 1800, told the company had someone else give me another estimate. Came out and gave mean estimate way less, to quote "this is 1450, worst case scenario 1500" saying to myself okay thats less then the other company. Left a blank check on the counter for my son to pay them and then they told him it would be 1800 and some change and charged more suddenly. Had someone else come out and saw it was an extremely sloppy job. For example used purple caulk instead of white on the exterior of the home. I gave them the job on their quote and they did not hold up to that in the end.
