He did this in about two and a half hours. We also had him do some other work. He was thorough. He was here when he said he was going to. He went above and beyond what we asked him to do.

Streeter's Service 1st did very good work, the quality and finished product is excellent. But I did find their working hours a little annoying. It seemed they had too many other projects working at the same time, and I wasn't their priority. They tended to show up later in the day, working later in the day. This was not the most comfortable for me. And it seemed to make the job run longer. But the work did get done and the quality was excellent.

Dylan listens and gives thorough feedback. Excellent communication and follow-through. Fair and prompt. The service call involves a strange water leak. A thorough inspection (which included the use of a snake camera inside and outside the home) produced no results, so Dylan (the master mechanic) came back with his first responder the same afternoon. Dylan found an area of concern, and they promptly tended to that. Both Dylan and Marty were very courteous and diligent. The issue will require future attention, so I asked Dylan to get details and quotes. I expect to hire them for future work.

There was a mix up in service time but the general manager Dylan did his best to make the job right.

Professional, friendly service. All repairs were fully explained. The service was quick and efficient.

They responded within two days and began the work. It was not an easy project has they had to turn a pillar of mortar and brick which my husband had hit with the car. WWithin 3 hrs they turned the pillar, and did no damage to the remaining bricks and mortar. They will complete the job of repointing the bricks when the weather is warmer. Their work is excellent!

Evalutated a leak I had in the sewage line the next day after requesting service. Wrote up an estimate which I feel was very fair and resonable considering the extent of the repair, and even informed me home insurance would cover part of the work. Everything was cleaned up as thoroghly as possible. Dillan was more than helpful and accomodating throughout the process and even took the time to look at another issue in the house. I would definitely hire Streeter's Service 1st in the future for any repairs I may need.

Dylan and his crew were great. They provided written estimates, and kept me continuously informed of progress even though the property was 4 hours away from where we live. As he completed the work we had agreed on, he would inform me of additional improvements he would recommend in order to sell our home. He made certain that any additional improvements were approved by me and provided accurate estimates before beginning any work. His work was of high quality and he completed the work in a reasonable time frame. He and his crew cleaned up thoroughly once the work was complete.

Dylan Frankel is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home and landscape needs. He assesses situations, offers appropriate solutions and completes the job thoroughly and very well. I have trusted him to fix my roof, install sod and drainage, install gutter drains, and repair electrical problems. I am looking forward to having a cabinet built, having a floor deck built and my existing deck repaired and stained. I would recommend him highly for all home needs.
