Great service and very friendly. They took the time to explain and consult me on the project. A few new things were added beyond the original request to make the system easier to maintain in the future. We're very happy with the performance of the new mixing valve.

Dylan was extremely responsive to my request to fix a very slow leaking pipe in our pantry (very awkward space to work in). It was a matter of a few hours between when I sent out the request and the job was done. Dylan, Donnie, and Marty were very personable and knowledgeable and charged a reasonable rate. We will be using this company again (but hopefully for our sake we won't need to soon!).

When we needed a new back door on our 1950's era Cape Cod Dylan understood our desire for a door that matched the house. He did the extra work to find the right door and his craftmanship on the installation was superb.

Needed water line shutoffs installed. Dylan made sure he understood what I needed and provided recommendations to accomplish this. Service was done in the time promised, at the price quoted (they didn't find any surprises), the guys were courteous and professional, and they didn't leave a mess. Will absolutely use them again.

Dylan was very courteous, knowledgable and thorough. He got the job done as required. The only downside was the projected price range given vs the actual price charged was grossly different. Much higher than expected, but obviously nothing I can do about it once he was finished. Other than that, very nice guy and knows his stuff.
