I will always use streeter from now on! The level of professionalism and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. As I said, I will always use this company with zero hesitation! Thank you, mr. Frankel for your honesty and hard work!

They were able to come same day, which was a Saturday. We had gas leakage from dryer to main line and the company did a great job explaining the issue and took the appropriate time to repair. The individual was very friendly. I would highly recommend this outfit and will use again for any future needs.

Streeters does excellent work at reasonable rates. They don't try to rip the client off. One of their main concerns is to do the work right the first time. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do.

All I can say is THANK YOU!! Being in the bind I was they came right out to install my propane stove when no one else called back. They even hauled the old one away, checked for leaks and made necessary adjustments. Definitely went out of their way to help and make sure all was working properly!

I received a very prompt response from Dylan at Streeter's Service 1st. He also asked me helpful questions regarding our plumbing problem that immediately gave me confidence that he was very knowledgeable and conscientious. He also fully explained the process he would use to address our plumbing issue, costs and time involved. They quickly correctly identified the source of the water leak and were able to repair plumbing immediately, helping us to stop any further water damage. During and after the repairs, they were careful working in the house and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The cost of repairs was very reasonable.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and workmanship of Streeter's. The company and particularly the general manager Dylan Frankel treated us like family and were responsive in every way. The outcome of our bathroom project was better than I had imagined. These people worked with me on short notice to coordinate with other remodeling work being done at the same time. They met all deadlines and the quality of their work was outstanding.

In the end. I felt the bill nickeled and dimed me for minor plumming parts that should have been thrown in. For the installation. Also to tack on a $45 service call charge in my opinion was just added billing when you know up front the water heater was beyond servicing. Just saying.

They called me back right away,answer all my questions, make time of there busy schedule to come fix my water heather, really good customer service. I definitely recommend them

They were affordable & reliable to do the job right, & job was done is decent time.

Very good work, I've never seen/heard any plumber call and set up appointment that fast, the job was done quickly. seems to be very professional.

Dylan called me back within 15 minutes of my initial inquiry. He follwed up with me for several days prior to scheduling the installation to work out the options of transforming an older configuration that existed in my home that needed some updated changes to bring up to current code. We then selected a 50g AO Smith unit with a Power Vent. He was always professional and courteous and took care not to damage my finished basement hw floors. His experience was obvious and he did a really great job. His attention to detail and his offering of options that I hadn't considered (like dialectric unions to keep corrosion away) were welcomed.

I would highly recommend Streeter's Service for any of your plumbing needs. Dylan contacted me immediately to schedule a time to resolve my problem. He was extremely courtious, explained what needed to be done and gave me a close estimate for the cost of the project. I have already discussed future projects with him. Very reliable contractor!
