Our technician, Jeff, was outstanding. The expansion of the back steps was initiated by my wife's medical issues. He met with us, understood the the reason why we needed the extension, and developed a solution to meet my wife's needs and modified construction to meet the materials available. The end result: inside drywall repair and exterior steps & railing are excellent. If Jeff is typical of the dedication of the team, I will ask them for additional help in the future. The team provides email updates and facilitates payment by credit card. The owner's estimate was applied and clean up was exceptional. No surprises. They arrive on time, listen to the customer, meet commitments, and do quality work at a fair price. And provide a guarantee, which is unlikely to be used do to the quality of work.

It went great. The deck is beautiful and the build is solid. Ed and his crew were great. They worked persistently until the job was done and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. True professionals.

I have a house in the historic district of Allentown, Pennsylvania. The wiring was very old. The installation was challenging but the technician never gave up. He consulted a colleague, and although it was getting late in the day they assured me that the electrician would return the next day and get the fan working. The electrician was true to his word, he returned and completed the installation. Both technicians were pr9ffesional, respectful, and informative. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman and would use them again.

The work turned out well. Rich was on time everyday and he was meticulous in his efforts. He was very professional and communicated very well every step through his process.

The initial quote and response was great. The day of the appointment the contractor showed up 4 hours late. Since then the communication between the office and I had not been there. The contractor has now been onsite 4 different times for what was supposed to be a 2 day job. I was hoping for a great experience, however feel the service is similar to most contractors.

Brandon and Michelle’s husband(??) did a terrific job caulking our foyer window inside and outside. They were professional, respectful of our property, and very friendly. Thanks for your help!

It went well. Jeff and Ed were very respectful and even though there were complications, as often happens, they figured it out and worked hard to get the job done right. They kept me apprised the whole time.

The day before the service, received reminder by e-mail. Day of service, received e-mail with handyman's photo and description. They were on time, actually a little early. Had Cov-id protection. Gave very detailed information on process. Did great work. They couldn't get original trim for the bottom of the shed door; they had to "make it". Loved the whole experience. Can't wait for the doors to come in. I thought the price was reasonable. I actually had already purchased some of the repair material and they were happy to use that. Lon was great when he came to do estimate. Jason and Orlando were excellent with the work - patient, informative, respectful. knowledgeable, careful with my property. Can't wait for the doors.

Quickly. Our handyman knew just what to do to fix the door so we added the outside second floor lightbulb replacement to fill the hour.

Well, however, the man did not have some things, such as duck tape, that he might have.

Excellently. We didn’t realize we had bought the wrong molding. No problem. Jeff knew just what to do. The door looks beautiful. And as I’ve remarked before-these people are all so nice, so helpful, and so professional.

The handyman arrived two hours early, so I had to rush home to let him in. He started the work, but after working for two hours and getting nothing accomplished, he admitted he didn't think he was capable of completing any of the simple tasks we hired him for. He ended up leaving a big mess at our house and he even made some scratches on the wall. He also used up some of the materials we bought and wasted them since he did a really poor job. When I called the company to see if they would fix the damage, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner didn't charge me for the services in the end, but not a single task was actually completed so that wasn't doing me any big favor. All in all, it was a huge waste of my time. I ended up having to clean up after the handyman myself (sweeping up drywall dust, cleaning all of his hand prints off of my walls, etc) and will have to pay someone to come fix the paint where he was working. If you get a quote from Mr. Handyman you'll see that their rates are expensive, I would expect much more professional service at that price and I would expect much better customer service from the owner. I would strongly advise against hiring this company.

Freddie was a blessing! He kept us informed what he was doing throughout the whole project; he was early, he wore booties on his shoes, and was thorough and efficient!
