I called this company to help me with an issue with my sliding door. It was stuck and I was worried I would need to replace it. Garrett came and was able to resolve the issue without having to replace the door. Thank you Mr. Handyman!

I had a rotting deck board needing replacement. Garrett contacted me and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to ensure it was safe and done properly in the most economical manner possible.

Mr. Handyman did exactly what I needed done in a timely fashion. Garrett came and installed a mailbox I could not do myself.

We reached out to Mr. Handyman after finding it difficult to have anyone help us with needed projects around the house. Garrett came and did a variety of projects that we needed done. All of the work was performed and completed to our satisfaction. We would gladly hire them and him again.

I had two small jobs to be done: fixing a running toilet and diagnosing and repairing the source of a leak above the doorway separating the original end of my house from the bathroom added on later. I was very pleased with Isaac. He not only fixed the toilet issue quickly but took the time to show me the source of the problem and how I could fix it myself next time. He also took care in diagnosing the source of the leak and proposing and implementing a solution. I won’t be sure that this worked until the next heavy rainstorm, but it sounds promising.

Yes, we needed the railing installed quickly and they did the next day. He did a great job!

Service technician arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. Turns out the required repair involved some other speciality services. Management was competitive with the diagnostic fee. Very satisfied with their service

Everything went as planned,with the exception that we would need a set of new steps up to the deck. Which ended being an additional cost.

Vinnie did a great job of prepping and re-staining my deck. He even advised me about another repair needed on the patio below. Vinnie has performed work at my place before, and he is always helpful, thorough, and professional. Over several years, I have had several jobs done by Mr. Handyman personnel. I have always been happy with their work. I have also found the office personnel - Michelle, Jeannie, and Kay - to be very helpful.

Luis the technician is a great person and very professional. However I was not quoted appropriately by Karen and charged a rate per 1/2 hr for a 2 room and foyer paint job. I never received a written contract prior to the start of the job which led to miscommunication on pricing. I ended up paying $3000 for two days worth of painting n drywall work that is not close to half way finished and now have to finish myself because I am way over budget. I recommend getting written documentation and a person to come to the property for a proper estimate before having Handyman do any work. I also recommend staying away from scheduling anything with Karen who is unprofessional as it can get.

It went well. Both techs were good but first tech did not come prepared with drywall, which he should have given the nature of the job. He ended up having to go pick up drywall & that was on the clock. I did appreciate their communication. They sent emails informing us of the tech that was coming out, with their picture, and they texted me when one tech was running behind schedule. Overall, we are happy with the work. They are a bit expensive but I would use them again because it is difficult to find a reliable “handyman” who isn’t booked out for months.

The caulk applied is lumpy and does not have a smooth finish. Proper equipment was not used. I would have preferred to have been told Mr Handyman was unable to do the work.

VERY well! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to repair my kitchen sink drains. They were a little more challenging then a normal replacement. The leak in my faucet had others puzzled as to how to stop the dripping. He had it fixed in 5 minutes. Jose was professional, friendly, thoroughly knowledgeable and I am convinced he can fix anything. I will definitely be calling Mr. Handyman again!!!

Mr. Freddy was absolutely perfect. When we called to request that our exterior shutters and front door be painted, he was recommended as “the” expert for shutters. That was no exaggeration, because the shutters look amazing - as do the front door and interior ceiling- and he finished them quickly! Mr. Freddy was punctual, extremely polite, and his work was flawless. We would absolutely hire Mr Handyman again just to work with Mr. Freddy again. He was wonderful!
