The service was superb. We had a surprise pipe leak that began to flood our basement. Jeannie and Michelle were able to get this addressed on the same day. Tim was the technician who made the repairs. He did a great job in making all the repairs needed in one visit. Thanks to all the staff for their concern.

It went very, very well. There was a delay in getting the shower doors but that was no fault of yours. Roberto put up a shower curtain so we could use it. Roberto was terrific. I really can't say enough about him. He did beautiful work. His clean up at the end of the day was immaculate. He was so pleasant and I think he felt worse about the shower doors than I did. I give him a lot of credit for struggling through his English. It might have taken a few tries to understand each other but we managed and it was fine. When I call you for work in the future I will definitely request Roberto again.

A few issues arose, but that was expected in a remodel in an old house. The worker was responsive and willing to brainstorm ideas and come up with solutions. I would suggest that more than one person be assigned for a larger project - might make the job go faster. The person who was here worked very hard and completed things as quickly as he was able, without sacrificing quality. I am very pleased with the end results.

Our handyman Dave was awesome. We had a long list waiting for him and he listened carefully as we reviewed it and also took notes. It took 7 hours in all and we couldn't be happier with the results.

It went really well. The project started in August. Dave was the first guy to come and patch up the hole. Then due to realizing the roof leak had not been fixed (twice) and due to my mothers health we had to CONSTANTLY cancel and reschedule appointments. Jeanie and Michelle were never mad and always accommodated us. Jeanie always texted me as opposed to automated texts which made it so much more personal and I appreciated that. I also appreciated that a human answered the phone. There was none of this “press 1” nonsense! John was the handyman that came the last 3-4 times. He essentially did the entire job. He was always on time, knew exactly what he was doing and professional I will absolutely use this company for all my handyman needs. As far as prices go….I have no real basis for comparison so I can’t speak to that My 3 ceilings, especially the one that needed the patch work, all came out beautiful! Joe was awesome and he did the job quickly. He installed 2 ceiling fans and 2 lights. I was happy because everything seemed reasonable at $273.50. However, after I paid I was emailed that I owe an extra $100. That means, just installation for these things were $94 each, which is extremely expensive. There was no extra material used. No getting rid of the old materials. No repair of anything. I will finish paying and never use the services again. Again, Joe was great, but the amount to pay is way to much for what was done.

It went without surprises, we were happy with the quality of the work, and we have scheduled Frank to come back and give an estimate for some additional ceiling work in our garage, as he noticed splits in other ceiling seams were showing, and they probably should have screws (rather than only nails) attaching them to the wood above them.

It went very well the tech they sent was very nice and professional he did a fantastic job and in my opinion he should start his own business. Mr. handyman‘s prices are kind of expensive though.

The two man crew was very friendly, courteous and well spoken. They listened carefully to my explanation of the problem and understood what needed to be done. They were able to deal with a very steep roof and accomplish the task to my expectations. I was impressed that the team truly cared about getting the job done correctly. They provided a full debrief upon completion.

I was very pleased. Because the work was all outside and I was at work, I came home to a completed job that was well-done. Especially important for me, Jeff cleaned up any debris and left both spaces cleaner than when he arrived. When I got home, my neighbor was on the porch and comments as well about what a nice he did.
