Keystone Custom Deck was the greatest. I got 4 estimates and went with Keystone. Truly a professional group. AND FRIENDLY and easy to work with. They did our design. Gave us 3D images of it on our house. And the finished work looks just like the Design. They walked us through everything. and were attentive every step of the way. From Ron, Bradley, Ray, Lewis, and Steven. Great crew and they are true craftmen, both on the deck and the masonry... I would recommend them to everyone.

Ivan and his Keystone team did a great job for us. They completed the work on schedule, and their work was meticulous. They worked with us when we made some suggestions, and they made some too that we thought were very thoughtful and correct. We love our new deck and plan to enjoy it for years to come.

After selecting Keystone to build our outdoor living space - they continued to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy, informed, and part of the process. Keystone did an amazing job with our deck and patio project. Daniel and the team were excellent -- they have amazing work ethic, and I feel that a great deal of attention to detail and personal pride in craftsmanship went into the work on our outdoor living space. The entire team at Keystone was very professional from the initial design and consultation phase to the final completion of the project. Randall's 3D renders really helped us to envision what the final project would look like, and helped to guide us in making adjustments and changes to improve the functionality of the living space. My family and I will surely be enjoying our deck and patio for years to come, and we will remember fondly the people that put in the hard work to make our dreams a reality.

I contacted Keystone in early January to start the initial conversations and by June our project was complete to our exact standards! Ron, our salesman was exceptional in his attention to detail and personally came and met with us on several occasions to make sure the design was perfect. Once we decided on a design, we were given 3D markups of our house with the final design. The final project is almost identical. Reuben and his team were expert craftsman and we were very impressed with their skill level, attention to detail and daily meetings to let us know where the project was at and what they would be doing for that day. The construction lasted about 3 weeks for an 850 sf deck with covered porch. Would absolutely hire Keystone again!!

Excellent. From the design to the final build, we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We really enjoy our new outdoor living space immensely! The crew that built out deck (Ben, Jay, & Timmy) are the best. They are very professional, thorough, and skilled. I was very pleased to work with them and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

Where to start ... Right from the beginning we knew that Key stone was the way to go. Ron did a great job in recommending the best possible options for our project and it came out better than expected. The crew Josh/Joe & Paul were absolutely amazing to work with and their work ethic was spotless, for example receiving emails at 4 in the morning regarding status updates and that day's work, absolutely amazing. Josh and crew were very knowledgeable and they instantly into the project right from day 1 spot on. We were very pleased with ad-hoc changes in design and again it showed the crew's experience and dedication. Overall I would give a rating of 10/5 yes it is 10 out 5..as Keystone exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project. We would hire Key stone for our future projects in a heartbeat and definitely would recommend them to our friends and family. Ron/Josh/Joe/Paul/Ray ..good Luck with your future endeavors.

The project went extremely well from start to finish. Ron, the salesperson did a great job describing process, documenting what I wanted, generated a detailed rendering of the project and the construction team did a great job throughout. Excellent attention to details and highly skilled carpenters and masons worked quickly throughout.

These guys did a great job. Daniel King and his sidekicks, Sam and another Daniel, were very, very professional, courteous, timely, and precise in all aspects of the building process. We loved that we got to see the finished product before they even started since they did a computer generated drawing that we were able to view before signing the contract. Matt Esh handled the sales portion and sold us on the deal just about as soon as the plan hit the table. Their estimate was higher than we imagined, but now that it is done, we see that the extra money was well worth it. They handled all the permit paperwork, scheduled the township inspections, etc. which was a real plus. We had a few little glitches along the way (some of the cement fell and formed an uneven ledge along the patio floor addition. We were told it was because of all the wet weather we were experiencing during the project. One call, and the guys came back and fixed it! About a week after the guys left the work site we had a very heavy rain which caused water to bubble up out of the underground down spout. Again, one call and Daniel King came back and added a new extension to the pipe and it was fixed. Great job guys! You'll have to come back to visit in the Spring and have coffee with us in our "New Living Room"! :-)

Daniel Beiler and his crew were excellent. They were on time and professional. Answered all our questions promptly. The workmanship is top notch.

The entire process was smooth. We couldn't be happier with our new deck and patio. Matt did a great job helping us design our dream outdoor space, the guys were in constant contact with me around the permit process, schedules, etc, and Elvin and his team were awesome! They started the job when they said they would. They were ontime every day and worked a full day every day. The job site was always clean and never disruptive. Our deck looks exactly like the proposed renderings and everything they said they would do they did. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in building a deck.

Keystone Custom Decks transformed our old, run down deck into an amazing outdoor living space that our family and friends will be sure to enjoy for many years to come. Ron designed the amazing space and we were blow away with the presentation. But taking that vision and putting it together requires a crew and this is why we were indeed lucky to have Dan and his crew complete the project for us. Dan and his crew showed up every morning promptly and worked diligently in the summer heat to get our project finished on time. And when we decided to make a change midway through construction Ron and Dan quickly responded to our needs and made then changes we desired without skipping a beat. Our finished project is amazing and we would highly recommend Keystone to anyone looking to have their deck built or replaced!

Joes crew was one of the most professional group of people that have done work at my house. They are great craftsmen from mansion work to the building of the deck. An extremely professional group of men. Quite polite and they worked extremely hard. These guys know how to build a deck. They knew local codes. The end result is awesome. How did it go? FANTASTIC!!! We could not be any happier with our finished product. We hired Keystone to demo, design, and rebuild our large deck. We also added an outdoor bathroom and storage area under the deck for the pool area. The price was very fair and competitive. This company takes pride in their work. Our initial visit with our salesman, Ron, was very positive. We were expecting the same old sales pitch like you get from those big pool companies. Not Keystone. Ron listened. And he had a portable monitor with him to show us examples. When he returned with detailed 3D renderings (down to the cars in the driveway) and even a rendered video walk-thru with us in it, that put us over the top. From that moment on, Keystone continued impressed. The biggest complaint anyone has with contractors is that they do not communicate. Again, not Keystone. After the project was confirmed, Ron walked us through every detail and introduced us to their scheduler, Kevin. We received project plans and updates on the permit process before we had to ask. Once demo and construction began, Keystone's crew was a well oiled machine. Project Manager Elvin and his crew Sam and Matt were the best contractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They arrived "exactly" on time bright and early every morning. Elvin gave me a quick overview of what was happening for the day. Then they went to work. They knew exactly what was supposed to be done for that day and kept a tight schedule. From what I could see there was no wasted time or efforts. With the exception of a few additions that we added as our project was underway, our project went 100% as planned. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful of our project and property while they worked. Elvin and his crew are very polite and personable and they all listened as we made a few additions and worked with us to make our project perfect. You can tell that Elvin, Sam, and Matt take great pride in their work. They are true craftsmen. They did not cut corners just to get something done quickly. This was the cleanest job site I have ever experienced. And they welcomed our eagerness to check things out at the end of each day. They got a kick out of our young girls taking pictures of the site each night after they left and asked each morning what the "inspectors" thought of their progress so far. It has been just two weeks since the project was completed and we are still taking pictures and showing off our finished product to friends and family. We are so happy with every last detail. Nothing was left as a future regret. Our project was everything we hoped it would be and more. Would I recommend Keystone to friends and family? That would be a 100% Yes. Because of the exceptional service and commitment to their product and their customer, I have already started to recommend Elvin, Sam, Matt, Ron and Keystone Custom Decks. The best experience I've had with a contractor period. Ron was our salesman and clearly communicated the options and pricing. He was prompt for our appointments and well prepared. The rendering software was very valuable in visualizing what it would look like. We signed the contract and waited for our scheduled time. The pre-construction email updates on permitting, approvals, etc. were helpful to know how things were proceeding. Once our construction began, the crew of Danny, Johnny, and DJ executed the plan to the highest standards. They were always on time and worked hard every minute they were here. Any changes to the plan were discussed and agreed to which I found comforting. Surprisingly there were little to no 'surprises' that came up during the construction. If there were the team handled them without a hitch. I was very impressed at the broad skill set of the team as they had to handle several disciplines (demolition, retaining walls, rough framing, finish decking, and roofing) with our job. I was equally impressed that things never got behind due to simultaneous jobs or waiting for materials to be delivered. I'm a very detail oriented person and Keystone Custom Decks delivered a very high quality, highly detailed deck. If you are seeking a high-end custom deck - you should stop your search here. One word of caution - they do book up well in advance so plan ahead.

Ron created a wonderful new design for the huge we deck we inherited with our house. It was starting to fall apart and Ron made some great suggestions as we decided what the new deck would look like, When Elvin and his crew arrived, it was simply stunning to see how quickly the old deck came down and the new one took shape. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and very talented. As challenges arose, like rerouting the dryer vent and replacing rotted wood on the house, everything was handled calmly and with great care. I can't say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, the communication was constant and consistent. Everyone knew what everyone else was doing and the only hold up was the weather, which prevented the final grading and seeding. Elvin's crew even worked through the snow! We will certainly reach out to Keystone Custom Decks when we're ready to remodel our basement.

From start to finish our experience with Keystone Custom Decks was perfect. Their website is stellar and packed with really good information, their Sales Rep was friendly and helpful and they really did an amazing job all around. After getting a feel for what you want for your project they put together a really awesome 3-D video of what the project will look like to help you visualize it better and, once completed, our new deck/screened porch looks exactly like it did in the video. The workmen on the project were extremely polite and professional, they were on time every single day and worked hard throughout the day. Every aspect of the project went very smoothly and they dealt with weather delays without skipping a day at our project once weather allowed them to get back on the build. All of the subcontractors they brought in were equally professional and managed directly by the Keystone Project Manager and/or his crew. Our project involved replacing an existing deck with a new deck and adding on a screened porch. We had no idea how to tie the roofline from the new porch to our roof, but Keystone's designers came up with a perfect design. Their Project Manager on site worked with us throughout the build to address any concerns or preferences we might have and worked out really good solutions to any of the challenges our property presented. They were very knowledgeable about all details of the project. This was a big project for us and outside our comfort zone, as we have heard all of the horror stories about contractor work, but Keystone Custom Decks put those fears to rest almost immediately. We would work with them without hesitation if we had another project to complete. We highly recommend them.

From start to finish the people at KSCD were professionals. They gave us a great design, handled the permits, did a great job of tearing down the old deck, and putting up the new one.

Awesome! Keystone just finished building our elevated screened-in porch and deck with firepit last month (February 2018). We are beyond thrilled and can't wait for some better weather to start using it! Matt Blank, Ben and Jay were an awesome crew.
