There truly aren't enough "Stars" to give Keystone Custom Decks. We just finished Phase 2 of our backyard deck/patio project and we couldn't be happier. From the beginning we experienced HIGH service levels and quality work. Chase and AJ were awesome during the excavation. Ray, Caleb and Corey did an outstanding with the Masonry work, Jason and Logan were great with the roof structure while Shaun, Preston & Kayden did an incredible job grading and seeding the landscape once the job neared completion. A special thanks to Jason for doing a thorough and careful job installing the gas line David for leading an electrical team that was fast and efficient. Daniel was the quintessential Project Manager. He was approachable, consistent, reliable and action oriented. Ray was also extremely personable and demonstrated a lot of leadership qualities. We chose Keystone to complete our dream outdoor living space after visiting their beautiful showroom and learning about their company values and work ethic. Working with Joe and then the design team was seamless. It was thrilling to see our ideas in a 3D rendering and walk-through. After that, we were sold! The best part of the project was seeing the vision come to life. For us, we had the pleasure to work with the best crew at Keystone. Our foreman, John, and his team Aaron and Mike were extraordinary and skilled. They were so professional and didn’t mind us lurking, asking questions and taking pictures of their exceptional craftsmanship. The crew arrived on time each morning and worked diligently all day. John was in constant contact with us if any changes were needed. We thoroughly enjoyed having this crew here each day and getting to know them. They became like family. I can’t forget about our mason team, Nate and Ray. They worked with us to make a few changes to grout color and patio stone without hesitation. Their masonry work is beautiful and adds such detail to our finished product. We can’t say enough about everyone that we have encountered at Keystone Custom Decks. Our finished outdoor oasis far exceeds our expectations. We have recommended Keystone to neighbors and friends and will definitely hire them again for any additional projects.

From planning to completion of the project we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and how they kept us informed along the way. They were easy to work with when we requested small changes. Everyone was friendly and accommodating!

What can I say. If you want the best you gotta go with the best. Keystone is phenomenal from start to finish. Joe our sales and design lead was great to work with. He balanced our wants and needs with some additional creative insight and guidance. After some edits to the initial plan design and specs, Joe nailed it. We spoke with 5 other large companies in this space but none compared to Joe and Keystone. When it was time for the project to kick off, Keystone was on point. The were timely, precise, open to discussion and extremely talented. Reuben was out on site head carpenter and foreman and outstanding to work with. He went there extra mile to absolutely “nail it”. The project was completely timely without any major lulls. We have received so many compliments on our covered porch and patio. Thank you Keystone for transforming our backyard to our favorite place at our home. You will be very happy that you selected Keystone so don’t hesitate to do so.

Keystone Custom Decks recently added a new deck to our home, and we are happy to say our experience was excellent from start to finish. The Keystone Team was there for us every step of the way, from consultation to design, estimates, permits, material delivery and construction. The level of professionalism was consistent across all Keystone personnel, from sales to the office team to the skilled craftsmen. We choose the term "skilled craftsmen" here because every member of the crew, carpenters, plumbers, masons, and electricians amazed us with their skill, creativity, attention to detail and passion for their crafts. Communication from Keystone was always prompt and clear. The Team was very accommodating when it came to our seemingly endless questions and design changes. Their work ethic and consistently friendly attitudes made it a great experience for us. We cannot thank everyone at Keystone enough and look forward to many years enjoying our new outdoor living space.

Keystone just finished the first deck I've ever had built. This company runs like a well oiled machine from sales to installation. The showroom is great and shows lots of options. The quote and design were detailed with a quick turnaround by Ron Yoder the sales rep after his visit to our home. He even gave us great suggestions, which we ended up incorporating. From there we had to wait a few months for the build to start, but they stayed in touch through the scheduling team. The installation team (Jonathan Esh, Steven Beiler and Willie...who last name escapes me) were here 7AM on the dot, and wrapped up around 4PM. These guys completed a roughly 450 square foot deck in 8 business days, including a curved bar, three stone columns and a built-in grill with stone around it. Really nice guys, can't say enough about them. Once we get around to the patio underneath the deck, we'll seriously consider Keystone again.

We absolutely loved working with Keystone. They were so professional and took pride in their work. They treated our project like it was for their own home. We are thrilled with the finished product. I would recommend them.

Every aspect of working with this company was pleasant and a joy. We decided to drop in to the showroom one sunny day in July and were greeted by the delightful and knowledgeable Sarah who was able to answer many of our questions and get the process rolling. Joe came out to the house and helped us figure out what we could do with the space and constraints of the house/yard. And not long after that he brought us in to show us the plans and the customized 3D rendering and to pick out colors for the decking and railing. Joe made this whole process smooth and painless even when we had changed our minds about some of the items. Ivan and his crew did an excellent job tearing down the old deck and getting the new one up - took about 4 work days total and we could not be happier with the result. Every person we interacted with was professional and competent (Sarah, Joe, Lewis, Ray and Ivan and his team). Thank-you so much! We will be back for more outdoor living upgrades in the future!

Keystone Custom Decks was absolutely amazing! This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. They were able to flex their schedule in order to make sure they weren't holding up the other contractors. When the project started it was like poetry in motion. Daniel and his crew were the ultimate professionals and their workmanship was impeccable. Their methodical approach and receptiveness to our input made the project stress free and enjoyable from beginning to end. They traveled 3 hours daily roundtrip to our home and were still the first contractors on site every day. Keystone uses the strongest and best quality materials to build your deck. There are zero short cuts and you get what you pay for!!! We couldn't be happier with our final product. Thank you Keystone Custom Decks!

We have had two big jobs done by Keystone. A complete deck rebuild with covered outdoor fireplace area, which was subsequently turned into a four seasons room. The construction crews are professional, prompt, courteous and really know what they are doing. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. From beginning to end, not a single glitch in the process. We absolutely love our outdoor living space and spend much of our time enjoying it as a family. Thank you, Keystone!

Keystone did a great job. From the first contact forward, they were extremely impressive -- professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely -- regardless of whether we were dealing with the sales side, the permitting specialist, the scheduler, or the work crew. The Keystone crew that completed our four season room and deck project is what dreams are made of! Elmer, John, and Jeremy showed up each day punctually, polite, positive, and with patience and perseverance during an exceptionally crazy season of life with Covid. No matter what was thrown their way, they kept on working and transformed our space into exactly what we had envisioned. They made adjustments and helped us find creative solutions as needed along the way. We had confidence after our design visits in the showroom with Brad that our project would be well built, but the on-site experience is what truly blew us away. We have never had three tradesmen work as hard, show such attention to detail, or be as approachable and enjoyable to be around. Our property was left meticulous each day and the final product is exceptional. We are so grateful that the experience of building our dream room was completed by this dream team. We worked with Keystone for more than a year to design out our deck project which was completed a couple of months ago. We could not be happier with the result and every member of the Keystone team that we worked with. Matt and Brad were amazing to work with all throughout the design process. Lewis was immensely helpful as we worked with our township for permits and approvals. Daniel King and his team were absolutely fantastic during construction. Keystone are without a doubt one of the best contractors we've ever worked with and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do an outdoor project.

They are the most premium deck builder in Pa and maybe in the county. Just incredible. Please go check out the indoor/outdoor showroom for ideas. They can do anything. Please trust me. They are incredible.

It was great working with Keystone Custom Decks, pleasant experience from initial conversation phase(Ron) to show room design(Ron/Brad) to a terrific team led by Dan(project manager)constructing our deck. Dan & team was always on time, worked incredibly hard and did a great job — we are very pleased with the patio/deck they built for us — wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keystone to anyone who appreciates quality workmanship and strong work ethic.

We now have a beautiful deck/4 seasons room and patio. The entire process from design to construction was handled professionally and the crews were fantastic! Daniel was our onsite manager and he was awesome! From the stone and wood work to the customize countertops, fire pit and fine details...we could not be happier!!!

Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. Every person from Keystone was very polite and responsive to any questions we had as the deck and patio were being built. My wife and I highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks.

Upon embarking on a major home renovation, my concern always was - there are so many contractors out there, am I picking the right partner? Well, emphatically, at every stage I can say Keystone was the right choice and I would choose Keystone every time, if I had to do it again. The process got off to a slightly rocky start through the initial sales cycle, but after hitting the 'reset button', Marv exemplified what good customer service is all about and ensured consistent, quality delivery along the way. Marv walked us through the design process, step by step, and didn't rest until we were 100% happy - balancing costs, functional feasibility and structural design. Now let's talk about the robot-like build... The team of Daniel, Samuel, Daniel/Arlen were machines. The craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable - every board got a level, 90 degree square, etc. - and the structure went up in a hurry. But not only is the team extremely skilled, they are also the nicest of people. Every day/week, they were part of the family: entertaining my kids (they didn't have to), partaking in 'Friday Donuts', teaching us about Amish culture, being team players and keep the project moving (i.e. cutting boards under the tent in the rain after losing a week to rainfall) and ultimately keeping us updated on the overall progress. Manager Daniel, Regular Daniel, and Samuel -as know by my kids - are still talked about weeks later. This crew is has great work ethic, delivers high quality results and doesn't stop until perfection is achieved. Keep it up guys! This is an A-team. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keystone is a fantastic company doing exceptional work. Marv should be happy of the business he has built. Thanks for the fantastic experience. We are enjoying the new space every day and look forward to Phase II.

The crew was very professional, did great work and showed up on time. The price was the best by far of all estimates. Terrific company.

Reuben and his team were here in all sorts of weather to keep our deck time line on schedule. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Their craftsmanship really shows. We would definitely recommend!

DJ, Marlin, Mervin are true craftsmen who exceeded our expectations with our porch and deck! The crew was very friendly and professional and updated us throughout the project. I work from home and had the opportunity of seeing the high quality work and attention to detail they put into everything - including all of the little things that you don't actually see at the end, but lead to longevity of the structure.
