Description of Work: Replace a/c coil and heat pump. Ran new line though foundation wall to new heat pump unit. We decided to replace the existing unit even though is wasn't that old due to the quality of the existing unit and the necessity for yearly repairs due to poor workmanship by the original installer (not This company). Energy Technologies evaluated the existing system, found a leak (technician showed me the leak), and provided options for repair and replacement. They were very accommodating when we decided to replace rather than repair and the work was completed two days later. Very satisfied. Prices are consistent with similar installs based on the research I did prior to making the replacement decision.

 + -1 morethe young man arrived on time checked out the unit told us the problem the tubing was installed wrong and sprung a leak lost all freeon to do the job right had to take unit off the wall and move it about 6 inches . Unit works fine now . we are very pleased it only took 2 days and we think that was good timing what with the hot weather we had this summer

 + -1 moreThe technician was very friendly and professional. I was very surprised when Energy Technologies covered all costs including the emergency visit costs under my service contract. Because the unit was very old, subsequently we decided to replace it. Energy Technologies had the new unit in and installed within a week! We are very happy with the new energy saving unit. Energy Technologies has been our HVAC service provider for over 10 years. They are always prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Our A/C broke down on a very hot 4th of July weekend. Due to health issues we needed to get it operational as soon as possible. The technician from Energy Technologies came out and replaced a broken capacitor. Because we also had a bad circuit breaker he could not get it operational. However, he provided all the details we needed when we contacted the Electrician to complete the repair.
