Technician was efficient and performed work to satisfaction. Suggested we discuss replacing our unit due to age (23 years old) of system. We have been with this company for 23 years and trusted his advice.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently. They were professional and explained all that I needed to know about the unit. They listened to my suggestion and used it. The salesperson was average.

Energy Technologies was the outfit we selected to revamp our heating system. We had an Off Peak Thermal Storage System that was all the rage in the early 1990s but then PPL removed our incentives and we actually ended up paying a huge amount for our heat instead. We have installed a hybrid system that involved a heat pump for our upper floor and a gas unit for the basement and first floor. We also have two zone central air conditioning. The men who cam to work on our house did so with a minimum of interruption, and we able to hide the unit in such a way that you can scarcely notice that the system was a retrofit rather than installed at building. We are certainly happy with the changeover and besides paying less to heat and cool, we believe our home will have a much better resale value as well.

They have always taken good care of us. They have the key to our basement and have always been punctual.

It went very well. Service man reported on time as scheduled. He was courteous, knowledgeable, competent, and professional. Service was provided as per contract. Area was very neat and clean upon conclusion. We have been very pleased with the quality of their work for the past eleven (11) years.
