Description of Work: Joe gave me an estimate and helped me to find another contractor to refinish the tiles in the bathroom. My wife and I planned to have the work done while we were away on vacation, for minimum upheaval in our daily routines. The work began on time but was not completed, as estimated, by the end of the week. We made ourslves scarce for 2 more days to allow the completion. BUT, though we were able to return to the house and our routines, the job was not yet complete. The job was not finished until 5 months later. During that time, Joe was rarely in touch, and when I pressed him for completion in early January, he said he'd finish that week. His workers did not show up for 3 more weeks to they finished the job. BUt, his workers left puncture holes in a wall downstairs, and a large hole in the bedroom wall next to the bathroom. He did, however, send me the bill. It took a couple more days to get the walls repaired.
