This project has been our family's dream for years, and Mike, Dan, and the rest of the crew did a splendid job making that dream into a reality. Not only did they work with us on the price, they explained the entire process step-by-step, and did not shy away from answering some of my [admittedly ridiculous] questions. Now we have the wall bookcase of our dreams, and will not hesitate to contact MDK Remodeling in the future for all of our home improvement schemes!

Great, Mike and his sons (Mike and Dan) did a great job! Complete bathroom model. Tub to walk in shower conversion, new tile floor and walls, new cabinets and fixtures.

Mike and his team were fantastic. Back in 2016 we redid our bathroom down to the studs. Took out lead pipes and replaced everything. It’s now 2021 and my bathroom is still in perfect condition and we have had no issues! they also built us a closet in the master bedroom. I have not had another project but I would hire Mike and his team again in a heartbeat.

We have a decent size elevated deck that's maybe 10' x 15' with stairs and landings at each end (adding more square footage). The requirement was to replace the old deck, railings and steps with composite material. Mike Krakovitz did the initial estimate and we spoke several times about the best way to accomplish this. Mike had to have surgery so his boys Mike and Dan did the work in ~three weeks. They showed up promptly every day, were friendly and helpful. Anything I had issues with (a few minor things) they addressed immediately. They even carried my heavy grill and table off the deck and returned them when finished. I will definitely be contacting them for my next project.

Mike, Mike Jr., and Dan and theirteam epitomized everything that can go right with hiring someone to work on your home. From start to finish, Mike and his sons explained each step of the process in a thorough manner, taking the time to ask if we understood the work at hand as well as allowing us to contribute our own thoughts about how we envisioned the project. They finished their work in a timely fashion, gave us fair warning about who might stop by to work on the house and most importantly, accommodated our schedules. They also braved inclement weather to ensure that they completed our project on time. We love our new garage conversion and that love derives from the amazing craftsmanship and professionalism of Mike, Mike Jr., Dan, and their whole team. Our family is thankful for their hard work and consideration. We will continue to use MDK Contracting and recommend them to our friends and coworkers!

We had a substantial COVID-induced delay in materials, but once the project got started, Mike and his crew were punctual, professional, and responsive. One caveat would that, as with all contractors, it was not always clear which contingent tasks fell inside our outside the original proposal scope of the project. That was not always communicated clearly. Overall, we are very happy with the end result and would consider hiring again for other projects.

Working with MK Remodeling was fantastic! Mike was very responsive when we lace an initial call for an estimate and worked with us over several months to re-evaluate the cost and scope of the work being done. He helped us determine different options to accomplish our project that also met our financial parameters. He was quick to respond to email or phone calls and kept us updated each step of the process. When our work began, his whole team was professional, accommodating, and pleasant to interact with on a daily basis. Our work began a week before the COVID-19 stay at home orders started and continued through most of that time. The team on site was very mindful of restrictions, worked with us to ensure comfort as well as continuity of scheduled work, while making additional accommodations to having our family (including two small and very curious children) in the house during the work. We could not speak more highly of the quality of work being done and consideration maintained by the team at MK Remodeling. We would highly recommend them and will have them return should we need any other work done!

Very, very pleased. From start to finish this was a very professional process. Mike responded quickly to my request for a quote and we arranged for him to stop by and check out the job. Before completing the final quote, he asked questions, answered my questions, and double-checked his measurements. The quote was detailed and a good price for the amount of work performed. Once we signed the formal proposal, Mike worked with me to schedule for a time convenient for us. Mike pulled the required permits from the township and provided a copy of his license and insurance at my request. On work day, the crews arrived on time. They were very professional and courteous. They respected our home and cleaned up very well as they went. The workmanship was superb. We are looking forward to using MK Remodeling for more projects we have.

It went well. I was not aware of certain Trex specific installation guidelines but Mike @ MK Remodeling was understanding and showed me the Trex recommended installation process.

This was our second time working with MK Remodeling and we are very happy with the finished product. Their whole process is very professional. From the beginning with their itemized estimate, clear instructions on when payments (and what amounts) are due, to their accurate timeline and showing up and working when promised. They clean up the worksite at the end of each day, answered any questions and/or concerns promptly and are easy to get a hold of. Most importantly, Mike, Sr., Mike Jr. and Dan and all around nice people that are a pleasure to work with, do quality work and truly want their customers to be happy. I highly recommend them!

We tried to have an addition built on the back of our home as an in-law suite for our aging mother. It is a very tedious process with the Boro we live in, and owners Mike and his son Michael were there every step of the way. From helping us plan out a structure and making the drawings to our desired specifications, to attending every Boro meeting to argue our case. And although the addition was ultimately not approved by the Boro because of neighborhood complaints of losing Green Space and our siding not matching their siding, the MK Remodeling Inc team were there with us each and every step. Making us feel a lot more comfortable that someone was on our side. I would highly recommend MK Remodeling to anyone who needs a contractor with service such as theirs.

MK Remodeling does beautiful work. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and were so pleased that they were our only choice for our bathroom remodel. They are professional, punctual, trustworthy and complete the job in a timely fashion. They transformed our space and their work is high quality.

We could not be any happier with the work done for us by MK Remodeling. From the first visit to the house, we knew that they were going to be our contractors. Our house is over 100 years old, and these guys know their way around old homes. From our non-level floors to our non-square walls, they had a solution to make our kitchen look amazing. We didn't come across a single problem that they weren't able to solve for us. When I was freaking out because the refrigerator was too big to get into the kitchen through our narrow doorway, we only heard "no problem, we'll take care of it" from them. And the next day, our massive new refrigerator was in place. They worked with a kitchen designer who came to our home to help us with ideas for the space. She was no additional cost, and made computer generated designs/models so that we could see how the space could look in various arrangements. She helped us pick out our cabinets to get the look that we wanted. This project was a full kitchen remodel. They completely gutted the space to the studs, incorporated a computer nook and a closet to expand the space, built a new closet in a different area, replaced the kitchen windows, moved a doorway, and then rebuilt the kitchen up from the floor to the ceiling. These guys have an eye for detail. There were a couple of issues with the cabinets (door stain didn't look right, one door was broken) that when I asked about it, they were already a step ahead, having noticed it themselves and contacting the cabinet maker to set the issue right. It just meant that in the end, the kitchen looks even better than we could have imagined. We always felt like MK Remodeling had the situation under control. Whether it was work that they were doing themselves or work that a subcontractor (electrician, plumber) that they brought in, it was always professional. We had an unrelated old home issue while they were working, and they were able to help us arrange for their plumber to come and resolve it, faster than we could have on our own, I'm sure. The project cost what they had projected, with only one non-budgeted expense when a wall we wanted removed was found to have radiator pipes running through it. They gave us our options, and in the end we opted to pay to have the pipes moved so that we could have our original design. They started the project only after all the cabinets had been delivered, and the project took as long as they had estimated. Equally as important, they were able to befriend our crazy dog, who looked forward to their arrival and attention each day. They were personable and friendly, and after this experience, we cannot recommend them enough. We will go to them first for any future projects.

Mike and his family crew were awesome people and the work they have done were great. We love the deck/balcony. Mike was very responsive and let me know the schedule for the work everyday. He also helped to get the permit even the case was a bit complicated. To be subjective, i am not sure about the price as i didn't really shop around so i gave a "good" on review, but it could have been "great" instead. Mike was recommended by my neighbor with very good reviews so we was looking for someone who could provide the great work and customer service. Definitely, recommend Mike MK with anyone who would ask me. Thanks Mike and the family on this work. Again, we love the balcony/deck a lot.

After our bathroom renovation was performed beautifully last year by MK Remodeling, we hired the team once again - this time to build a custom screened-in porch and to install new siding and new windows. And once again, they did not disappoint. As always, the communication was top notch and the quality of work impeccable. MK Remodeling even went out of their way to accommodate our hope of having everything finished for our daughter's first birthday party. We're thrilled with the finished product and we'll never even consider hiring another contracting company for any future projects we may have.

The renovation went perfectly. Mike responded quickly with an estimate that was line itemed and thorough. The work began quickly and the crew was excellent. They arrived on time each morning and kept me updated on the progress. They tackled unforeseen issues with an absolutely positive attitude and always kept my budget in mind. Nothing that I requested was a problem. I love my new kitchen. It was a pleasure to have these men in my home every day which means a lot during a renovation. I was fortunate to have had M K Renovations recommended to me and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The project went very well. This is the second major project where we used MK Remodeling. We had a couple of issues with products that were outside of MK's control but they were very diligent in following up with the companies to ensure that we received replacement parts, i.e. a couple of damaged doors received as well as a broken window. We were very pleased with the way MK worked with us and the cabinet company/window company to ensure complete satisfaction on our part.
