Mike and his team at MDK Remodeling did an amazing job on our new Trex deck. They were friendly, professional and very easy to work with. They were very communicative on the project and with updates required from our township. Would definitely recommend MDK for remodeling needs.

We didn’t make it easy for the guys . Building an entire office in a busy showroom of an auto dealership with people coming and going and constant traffic. The team did amazing , the office looks like it was there all along and MK got it done 6 whole days faster than we believed it would take. Clean , courteous, fast and professional. I can’t say enough about the crew at MK. Considering we struggled to even get estimates from 3-4 other local companies MK delivered and we are thrilled! MDK listened well to our needs. MDK communicated very well throughout the project. MDK used very good subcontractors (electric, roof, etc). MDK has an excellent team of workers, who are very personable and excellent in detailed work. MDK worked on our project every day to complete it in a timely manner. I've used Mike Krakovitz and sons a couple of times now. The first time they rebuilt my old wooden back deck (252 sq ft + steps)with Fiberon and it turned out beautifully. Then I had them install a cover over my stone patio. Recently, I couldn't find a recommendation for a handy man to secure a loose window shutter on the second floor of my house. Instead of a recommendation, he sent his his son Mike over within two days and it took him all of ten minutes to repair it. I will always call them for future business!

The guys at MDK, Mike, Dan and Mike Jr. were really great. Fro starters, they were always on time for work from day one (what a concept, eh?) They explained everything they did and were the most professional and courteous group I've seen. they laid out a clear and concise payment plan (No surprises) and even cleaned up after they were done. You can't ask for better than that!

We love working with MDK remodeling - they're always very responsive and friendly and do great work. We have had them do a large addition project and recently had them do a smaller job of replacing interior and exterior doors. We will call them for any future job we have!

MDK always take excellent care of our property and pets, my dog loves them! Looking forward to enjoying the entire house without drafty windows and the new easy to close and lock windows! They did a few rooms of windows a year ago! We used to dread using a very window heavy room in the summer because it was too hot and we had to bundle up in the winter. What a difference! It great to have a contractor you can rely on! They also remodeled our kitchen a few years ago... we are definitely repeat customers! And we will be calling again with the next project, once we figure it out what it will be!

Father and sons, Mike, Mike Jr., and Dan, turned the unfinished basement of our 110 year old house into a completely finished basement. I am extremely skeptical that a better crew can found. On every dimension, they far exceeded our expectations. They worked closely with us to make sure every aspect of the project was consistent with what we wanted. They faced a lot of challenges in our old house and found creative and effective solutions for everything. Communication was outstanding--we always knew when they would be at the house and what they would be working on. They went out of their way to be as non-disruptive as possible, and everything was consistently cleaned up after each day. On top of all this, they are truly good people, and it was a genuine pleasure to work with them. We put off this project for a few years because the idea of starting a big project on our house was stressful. We should not have waited--Mike and sons did a phenomenal job in an exceptionally low-stress manner. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with MDK. Going into a major renovation as a single woman can be very intimidating but I never felt like I was treated differently than any other customer. Mike Sr was extremely involved throughout the planning process and answered all of my questions. Mike JR & Dan were wonderful to work with during the remodel/installation process. They went above and beyond in ensuring my finished kitchen was exactly what I wanted. I received four quotes for my kitchen from different contractors and MDK came right in the ballpark of all the others so I think their pricing is completely fair and they worked with my budget when multiple contractors wouldn't work with a budget under $50K.

Mike and his team were very professional and were right on schedule for the project. This family owned company understands time and budgets, they work 1-1 with you if problems arise, focus on getting the job done with quality and are very friendly. This is the second time we have hired Mike and his team. A huge kitchen remodel that required removing two walls, adding a support beam, building a pantry and floor leveling. It was a big job and MDK did a beautiful job. When problems came up, we discussed it and found ways to keep in within our budget and we are very happy with the results. There dedication to quality is more professional than any other contractors we have worked with and we now consider MDK our go to group!
