Description of Work: I contacted John Walters, we talked about the services I needed and he made a appointment to come Thursday, July 10th at 8:00 am. Did he go to your office? he never showed here at my house. I called 3 times that day, leaving messages and my phone number. I know things happen, and I was concerned. My last call he picked up Saying"John Walters", When I told him my name he hung up. I immediately called back, asked him to please contact me and let me know what was happening, no response, in all my years I never had such a rude inconsiderate and juvenile experience. I thought you should know that you have someone like this representing your organization. I have sisters and friends interested in joining the "List", but now not so much. Please inform me that you received my complaint and how you are going to handle it. Many thanks for your time.
