Chris was very professional on the phone and reverted back in a reasonable time post the first call. John was very prompt at the given appointment time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He went over the details and the annual maintenance plan in detail and also checked all the vents while he was there. He also recommended few things to be done during winter to keep the air conditioning and heater running smoothly. Overall I liked the experience and service provided by TRU North. Chris came out to diagnose a continuing intermittent problem with my oil fired furnace, that I have had for some time now. He made some adjustments, to fine-tune my furnace, and offered me his professional opinion based on experience and technical expertise. I would recommend Chris to a friend. Chris is a good guy and if you hire him you're supporting a veteran owned business. Doesn't get any better than that

Chris managed to show-up a couple of days earlier than scheduled since he had a cancellation. During the heat wave season that helped a lot. I hired Chris because I had to shut down my central a/c last night due to it making a buzzing noise. I was leary as I am with any new hire, more concerned about having a honest repairman. My a/c is up and running successfully since Chris fixed it. Chris confirmed that it was my capacitor as I had suspected last night when I chose to shut it down. Chris was honest, courteous, & professional. He explained things to me very plainly & I enjoyed chatting with him. Also, I come from a military & law enforcement family, so it feels great to support a vet. I will use him again.

We called at 11pm at night and Chris spoke with my husband over the phone about the problem he gave us a price of how much it would cost but he wanted to make sure that that was the only problem. Chris told my husband that he would be at our house in 30-40 minutes and he was. Chris told us what he was doing every step of the way and had no problem with my husband watching over his shoulder or asking questions as he went. Chris also had no problems with our dogs or with our 3yr old son coming up and watching him work. Over all our experience was excellent. Chris even had the part that we need in his van no waiting on a replacement part.
