Description of Work: It took a few days for the owner to respond to my phone message. We he called we set up an appointment for the following week. I left work early to make sure i was home for the appointment. They never showed up and never responded to my follow up call.I'm not sure how long you can stay in business if you keep blowing off appointments.

Description of Work: Left a detailed message on the phone about simple job I needed completed and company never returned my call. I'm now working with Main LIne Handyman and the experience so far has been wonderful. Great customer service and detailed feedback.

Description of Work: I had purchased a deal and schedule a time to review the list. He was very up front about his schedule for the next couple of weeks so our expectations were clear. He confirmed the day before the appt and showed up on time. He took time and care completing each task on the list. He did everything from drywall repair, plumbing, installing screen doors installing a ceiling medallion etc. he got it all done and was a pleasure to work with. My honey do list has now become the "call Brad list," he is easier to deal with. :-). We are now working with him for ideas on other jobs and he has great ideas. We are so glad we finally doing a contractor who is reliable and does excellent work.

Description of Work: Brad did a light remodel of our master bathroom - installed new tile floor, took down tile on wall and made repairs to wall, installed vanity, toilet and bathroom cabinets and installed a light. Overall very satisfied w/ Brad's work and price (another provider came in and never followed w/ a formal estimate but told us to expect to spend $5,000 - Brad did the work for $1,500). He solicited our feedback when appropriate but mainly kept to himself and did good work. The only issue we had was a missed appointment for an estimate (Brad promptly came out after realizing his mistake) and a mixup on my email address when he sent the estimate (that is the only reason for the C grade in "Responsiveness") Otherwise I would definitely use Brad again and am considering it for our other bathroom. I would prefer to give him a A- / B+ The $1500 we spent was for labor over 4 days - we provided all the big materials (tile, toilet, vainity, cabinets)

Description of Work: WE had a bathroom remodel done by Brad Sarafina's and it was excellent all the way around. We supplied the materials , but ~Brad did all the demolition and work. We needed drywall repair and painting, electrical work, plumbing work, new tile floor and we could NOT be any happier!!!! He is kind, considerate, (i am a neat freak/germ phobe) and he was extra sensitive to all my * issues*. I could even leave him and trust him in our home while i took our daughters to various activities ~and i never do that! He is honest and trustworthy! His cleanup each day after work was exceptional. The bathroom looks gorgeous, His work is meticulous. He even washed off my husband's dust pan and broom he asked to borrow from our garage! ( and Brad didn't even know, my husband said...we shall see if he washes off the dust pan) , hahaha! Now my husband loves him too! We have many other projects waiting for him to do! I almost do not want to brag about him because he might get to busy to do all the work we have for him! :o)

Description of Work: Two calls. Sarafino was prompt, professional and very thorough. He repaired a garage door, and installed new gutter guards.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with his service, I could see daylight coming through my front door and he sealed up everything and fixed my problem.

Description of Work: Brad installed new baseboards throughout my house. The quality of his work was outstanding and he went above and beyond to ensure a really finished look. He even designed creative solutions to improve the appearance of some not-so-great features of this 100-year-old house. Brad is a great guy--very pleasant and easy to work with. I had no hesitancy leaving him in my home while I went to my office. I would definitely ask him to help with other projects, and would recommend him to my friends.
