Brad was extremely professional and efficient. He and his brother Matt completed my job quickly and reasonably. Their communication was impeccable and it was a top job!

I called on Wednesday 4/18 /18 and left a message, never received a call back. I called again on Monday 4/23/18 just giving a second chance in the event the message was accidentally forgotten about and I received no call back the second time either.

They came out to repair the garage door the same day I called. Service was exceptional. Price was very reasonable,

I messaged them through the system on 5/26. I never received a reply. I followed up with a phone message on 6/7 referencing my message on 5/26. Never received a return call or return message.

Brad in positive, punctual, neat, and a pleasure to work with. Installation of the ethernet cable, rerouting the coaxial cable, and installing the wall plates was totally satisfactory. Several years ago, Brad replaced the wood molding around my garage door and a back door with PVC molding. That molding looks as good today as when installed. Requested a quote to correct problems with plaster board in my garage. Cost of service below is for time and materials.

perfectly....he saved us a lot of money by informing us that Moen faucets had a lifetime guarantee. We were going to buy a new faucet. He ordered it for us from Moen, it was delivered quickly and there was no charge.

He's done a lot of stuff around here. We had one bedroom that didn't have a light in the middle of the ceiling, you just have to plug a lamp in, so he installed the electric and the ceiling there, as well as ceiling fans. He's done insulation in our total upstairs attic. He's done other electric stuff around our house. He has done plumbing work for us. He has done crown moulding. I don't think there's anything he doesn't do. The only thing he doesn't like is height. He is two blocks away from my house. He is wonderful. He is definitely an "A". He is like Joe King, he gets an "A" for everything. He is meticulous. He knows exactly what he's doing and his prices are super, super fair.

Sarafinas (Brad and his brother Matt) were wonderful to work with and were very responsive to our needs. They did not get upset with project changes and worked around the floor refinishing contractor's and granite installer's schedule. They were good listeners to our needs and came up with options for us to consider before making the final decisions. Work was done on budget and within a reasonable time frame. Delays were due to the township permitting process. Their system for progress billing was clear and fair.

Couldn't have gone better. He did every job to perfection and he was a joy to have in my home working. There was a part missing for the fan (my fault) and Brad found it at my Home Depot. While he was cleaning the siding, I just drove over and picked it up.. He even checked to be sure they had it in stock for me. And, speaking of the siding, after he got finished, it looked better than new. He also spent extra time making sure my outside sensor light was in the right position and working properly. I need some painting which he says his brother does so he is going to give me an estimate for what I need. I can't see ever calling anyone else after meeting Brad Sarafina. I don't believe there is anything he can't do.

Brad reinstalled shutters on our house. He was responsive and timely. Would hire him again in the future for other things.

We actually had quite a few jobs for him, so he spent quite a long time here. He is fabulous and I'd use his services in a heart beat. He took a lot of time to figure out what it was that we needed, and even gave us some tips on how to do somethings ourselves so we could save money. He also had a lot of design ideas that were helpful to consider.

Brad was on time, courteous, and did a great job protecting the area, and taking care of the job (which my husband decided to finish!!) Did some extra patching in another room as well.

Brad, as always, got fantastic results. To replace even one segment of the faulty garage door would have cost $1500.00+++. However, Brad not only fixed the door, eliminated the awful noises it made when operating and removed all visible signs of damage. Great job!!!

Overall good job. Some issues with scheduling and followup after I gave the go ahead for the work.

Repaired drywall and repainted it. Then charged extra for baseboard which he never came back to install. Returning phone calls doesn't happen. Once before he never came. But I was hopeful this time. The work would be consistent. Not!

The entire process was great. Brad came out, took some measurements and accessed the situation. I was lucky, the drywall did not have to come down that I had already put up. Brad assured me he could smooth it out ,and all would be fine. Much to my surprise Brad did trim and painting also, and was kind enough to itemize everything in case I only wanted certain things done. When Brad responded in a few days with the quote and was so reasonable I had him do all the work. Brad scheduled with me in about a week, and arrived when he said he would. I knew going in with dry time the project would last about three days, and it did. Brad's brother did most of the work, but I had full confidence in both of them. Very personable, fair and honest. For most of the work I was not even at home, and did not feel like I need to be a helicopter hovering over them. Brad did such a great job, I asked him to quote other projects in my home, and will of course utilize his services again in the future.
