It was a very good experience. I thought they were very good for plumbing work.

They are very good plumbers. They are a little high price, but they do nice work as plumbers. I assumed they would do nice work doing the other. I have a yearly contract with them for plumbing. If anything is leaking they fix it. As far as the remodeling side, they were very over priced. They would not give me an itemized list. It was after I already signed the contract. My husband had just passed away and I was not thinking correctly. They wouldn't give me the itemized bill, and it was $26,000.00. The work in the master bath is ok. I wouldn't say it was over the top. The hall bath where they refinished the tile and floor, didn't look any different after they did it than before they did it. When they re-did it, a lot of the tiles came loose. They didn't fix it, but told me that I had to replace the floor. The job in that bathroom was fair to poor. The paint was fair to poor, and the price was way too high. I feel like they took advantage of me in a bad situation. I would use them in the future for plumbing, but nothing else.

To unclog the toilet, they first tried the auger, then they replaced the vales and flapper. Eventually, the whole toilet had to be removed and reseated. The whole job took quite a few hours. I think $350 is expensive for uncloging a toilet. I understang that it took 3 or 4 hours but I paid less to have a new toilet installed in my old house. The plumber told me there was no guarrantee that it would not clog again, so I should probably buy a new toilet soon. I have not had much plumbing work done so I don't have much to compair this to. But this seemed excesive.

The toilet installations went extremely well. The workers showed up on time, removed the old toilets and installed the new ones very quickly. The workers were very friendly and professional. They noticed that one valve connection was corroded and replaced it for a small fee. They also took away the old toilets. The water heater was slight more problematic. The workers were a bit late, but it didn't cause us an inconvenience. Again, the workers were very friendly and professional. Installation was pretty quick and they took the old heater with them. After 3 day, the valve connection to the water heater started leaking, which triggered a shut-off valve, turning off all of our hot water. I called Mattioni's office at 7 am (before they openend) and left a message. They called back promptly when they opened (8 am) and a plumber was at our house by 10:30. The plumber went straight to work and and replaced the cracked valve. Overall, it worked out well, and we found Mattioni to be very responsive. They fixed the problem, apologized for the inconvenience and didn't charge for the repair.

They were on time, knowledgeable , fixed the problem with no sales pitch for upgrades or "other sevices".

Mattioni worked with us for the three years we were in our home and did an excellent job every time. We also hired them to do a large scale master bathroom remodel and I was very impressed by the project management and adherence to timeliness. What I liked best is that they were prepared to change, adjust or fix anything we weren't satisfied with. It didn't matter however as we were impressed from start to finish with everything.

They were very conscientious about their work. They brought a guy in for Peerless to make sure that they re-measured the house and put in the right thing and to check everything. I felt very confident and secure that the work they were doing was appropriate for the house. I moved from Indiana and I?d never had a steam boiler myself or had this kind of heating on my own, so that was a little scary, but I felt very confident of them, their capability and their work. The price seemed fair. The owner of the company came out and worked on the planning of the system. He looked at the job, worked with the guy from Peerless and came back several times while it was going on. It was in the basement of a really old property and the whole thing was kind of a mess, so they really did a good job. I was impressed with how they handled it. It is a nice old family-owned company that is kind of going along with the times. They really care and do a good job. I would use them in the future if necessary.

5 years ago, I had brain surgery. My neurosurgeon received $500 for 8 hours of intense brain surgery. Today, I paid these robbers a total of $569, not including the $25 coupon I had. They charged over $600 to unclog a kitchen sink. Admittedly, it took some time, approximately an hour and a half, but this is unfair and unreasonable. They charged $200 just for using a snake. Please someone tell me if there is any recourse to this injustice. Why should a minimally educated plumber earn more than a brain surgeon? I will not let this rest. I am calling my congressman and everyone. After $600, I was told they can't guarantee their work. My whole sink didn't cost that much. I am appalled and I intend to pursue this in every way possible. . I called and talked to the manager but he just said they have a book with prices. So robbery is okay as long as it is written in a book....

It was great. Paul was courteous and professional, and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. The movers had not brought our refrigerator into the house yet, but Paul took the time to show me exactly how to hook the line up.

This job went very well. The serviceman showed up on time and was neat and courteous. He seemed knowledgeable and alerted us to problems that may arise in the future. All of the equipment installed have been working perfectly, as far as we can tell. We signed a home service plan because it saved us money on this whole job; however, we would have appreciated information on this before the day of the service. We did not get any other estimates because we wanted the company that provided the toilet to do the installation. The service plan may save us money on later jobs; however, we will probably pursue other estimates if we have future plumbing problems simply because their prices seem a bit high---but isn't that the same for all plumbing work?

During hottest week of the year, our AC kept turning off, Mattioni, came out the following day, right on time. They did diagnostics to figure out the problem. They looked at the unit and breakers and found that the external connection to the unit outside was loose and they tightened it to the ground lead. Apparently, the company who originally installed it didn't tighten it enough and our house could have burned down so we're thankful they came out quickly and resolved the issue.

They're very reliable and arrive when they say they will. They do the work properly and offer good customer service all around. And they're very neat.

This company is always very prompt and very professional. I consider them one of the better plumbing and heating companies out there today.

The sink in the garage was fixed properly, but the charge of almost $300 was quite high, especially since we provided the faucet. I originally had the whole sink installed for less than that amount. I noticed that the kitchen sink still leaked after they left. What they replaced was not the problem. They didn't charge me for that work. Since they was no significant work done on the outside faucets they did not charge me for looking at them. Their prices for service are very high and to come back and fix the outside faucets was going to be over $400. I decided not to call them back to complete the original tasks.

Called at 7:30 am. Company returned phone call by 8:00. By 2:00 pm they were here and the leak was fixed by 3:00 pm. Norm and Scott were very professional and careful throughout the house. They came in the house, I showed them the water leaking from the ceiling, and within 5 minutes they diagnosed the problem as a leak coming from the refrigerator's ice maker. I have a number of minor plumbing issues throughout the house (leaky faucets, etc.). I plan on callings Mattionis to have them repair all.

This required some skill because the pipe was the drain from my sink and had been soldered at the point where it met the floor. I'm not sure how they fixed it, but they did, and we're prompt and professional. We've used them prior to this visit and have been happy with them.
