Everything from the first moment I called Mattioni to when John Martin (the plumber) left my house was a stellar experience. The dispatcher called to schedule an appointment when they said they would, John arrived exactly on time based on the text message I received prior to his arrival, he was VERY polite and courteous, did the proper investigation, explained exactly what was wrong and gave me the price breakdown before he started the work, completed the job in less than the amount of time he estimated, and checked his work thoroughly prior to invoicing. If ever I need a plumber again, Mattioni will absolutely be who I call and I'll certainly request John personally. GREAT EXPERIENCE GUYS!!!

Martini Plumbing Provides me with superior service. Technicians Rob and Dan took the time to ensure I understood what needed to be done. They went the extra mile to work with my insurance adjuster and restoration company. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with. Went the extra mile and worked late to ensure we had working plumbing and hot water.

For the price they charge , absolutely not. They had a great reputation and price based on their (FORMER) gold standard. That no longer exists. Average service. Beware of the service manager that comes to visit you. He’s a sales rep. While very nice, he’s smooth and undeed a sales person. I never heard from the owner even after reaching out.

Gave us a wrong diagnosis. Is this their way to do business? i.e. using scare tactics. Called another company for a 2nd opinion and they found no issues. Who should we believe?

Quality of repairs were very good. Price was very high. Their policy of charging a rather large amount in order to provide an estimate and a "membership" did not sit well.

My initial contact with Mattioni was to simply schedule a winter check-up on the furnace in our new house. I knew the furnace, a/c, and water heater were all about 11 years old and could be in need of replacement. One month later, I’ve had Mattioni replace all three and also perform some smaller plumbing jobs after the annual healthy home plumbing inspection they offer as part of their contract program (which came free for one year after I had the furnace and a/c installed). They’ve done too much work for me to go into detail on every aspect of every job they did, but, on the whole I have been very impressed with Mattioni. Their customer service, quality, and attention to detail seems top notch. If you’re just comparing prices, they’re probably not the cheapest contractor to use, but if you factor in the quality of the service they’re providing, I think their prices are very good, which is why I rated them A in this regard. As with any big jobs like installing a furnace or water heater, small hiccups can occur - in fact, a week after the furnace was installed and I had the plumbing inspection, a small gas leak was detected. After the hot water heater was installed, one of the fittings in the pipe that leads into the water heater leaked a small amount of water and set off the alarm they installed. In my view, small hiccups like this are to be expected when new installations occur. Where Mattioni really shined was in their response to these problems. In particular, I would recognize Jared C., the plumber who did most of our plumbing work. He noticed the small gas leak and had one of the HVAC techs sent out within several hours to address it. He also returned the late the same day he had installed the hot water heater to correct the small leak that had resulted from a defective fitting. I found his attention to detail and willingness to help my wife troubleshoot over the phone and then return late after a long day and fix the small problem to be exemplary customer service. On the whole, I highly recommend Mattioni. If you’re just interested in finding the contractor with the lowest price, Mattioni is probably not going to be your preferred contractor (although they were willing to match lower quotes I received on the hot water heater install). If you’re looking for an HVAC or plumbing company that has responsive and friendly customer service, technicians that pay attention to detail and treat your house as your own, and will ensure that the job is done both correctly and with a high degree of quality, Mattioni seems to be one of the best I’ve used in my years as a homeowner. They will certainly be my go-to plumber and HVAC company for the foreseeable future.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Had a serious leak on a Saturday. They told me they’d have someone over in two hours. Four hours went by with no call. When I finally called them, they told me someone was on the way. Two more hours and several calls later, nothing. I finally called someone else and they were over in 20 minutes. Ridiculous. They would’ve made a lot of money off our job, too! Stay away!

So I had called Mattioni and they sent out the sweetest, most energetic, smiley technician! Sam was absolutely darling and did his job efficiently and thoroughly. He was a giant teddy bear and extremely informative of everything he was doing. I urge everyone and anyone to give Mattioni Plumbing Heating & Cooling a call for the best customer service AND skilled technicians out there to get whatever you need done.

Every technician made it their business to do a hard sell for more services as much as possible. They phrased it as "I'm sure you want to know where you might get into trouble" but strongly recommended a lot of plumbing and I am not at all sure I need all they tried to sell me. I paid in full at the time of services I did buy yet, when I called for another service, I was abruptly handed to the bookkeeper who informed me I owed $100 and that she had been sending me emails to that effect. I did owe it because the tech had made an arithmetic error but Lori had never contacted me. I had gotten the usual followup line item invoices that the techs had sent but no requests from Lori over these last two weeks for payment. And I couldn't book an appointment until I had cleared it with the bookkeeper. I will pay the bill. I am offended by the constant pressure.

I chatted with someone on their website, to see what the cost would be. The guy took down all of my info and said someone would get in touch with me. I decided to just give them a call myself. The lady who answered said she didn't have any access to the pricing information. She said it would cost $60 for someone to come to my home and give me an estimate and that I would have three options to choose from - "Good, Better and Best", I would choose one of the options and it would then be installed on the spot. I asked her what happens if I decide to not use them, she stated that I would then just pay the $60 fee and we would part ways. That makes absolutely NO sense to me. I'm sure I can find another company that will be willing to at least give me a ballpark number for a service like this over the phone.

Norm and his helper were the most professional pair we have ever contracted. Having lived in three 100+ year old houses, I've had experience with many carpenters, electricians, roofers and plumbers. They arrived on time on both occasions. And their manner was extremely professional. Norm was especially articulate and clear in his recommendations. They worked efficienty and without taking a break. And when they finished the area was spotless.

I found them on Angie's List and they were the first ones to respond. They were good. We had just had a snow storm, it was amazing.

Just one person came. He was nice and genuine. It took him only about two hours and he left the area clean.

They replaced the leaking flexible pipe, but the gas company found a small leak again afterwards, so they came out again and fixed it. Not sure why it wasn't perfect the first time, but these things happen with propane systems. Mattioni was prompt about returning the next day and making sure it was fixed. No problems since.

Very professional, walked through the whole system and explained all the details. Ended up getting yearly service plan. Would definitely recommend.

Poorly. The plumber they sent kept trying to add on crazy amount of services and was belligerent with me when I turned him down.

couldn't have had a better result. Tehnician evaluated problem, explained how he would repair it and reviewed how the pricing would be handled and after my approval made the repairs quickly. He then made sure that we were satisfied with the repair. He cleaned up the area.

Everything went well the service was good and advice was given to correct in the future which I performed myself. I just felt the price was high but the professionalism was good so I would use them again if needed.

He was frinkin' amazing! He was the only one that would give us advice and come out due to bad weather. Anyone else that even responded said they wouldn't be able to get to us for at least 24 hours.

Our call was answered by a real person. Wendell arrived as promised. He was polite, competent, neat and efficient. He told us the price and plan for work before starting.

It was a Saturday and an emergency. Our call was answered immediately and a technician arrived as promised. Repair was completed quickly and efficiently. We will have additional recommended work completed soon to correct previous faulty design and prevent future problems. Service was exceptional. Price was very reasonable for emergency service.

They are excellent. I will always use them. I'm very satisfied with their work. They are clean; they are neat, and they're professional. They make me part of the solution too. I'm an engineer and I like to know what is going on. They don't mind me asking them questions. At least they don't seem to when I ask them what they're doing and why they are doing it. They respond very nicely and they seem very comfortable about it. The prices seem high. They are probably very competitive. I don't know I use them. I'm satisfied with the work and I don't mind paying the price. When I see them soldering plumbing I have an idea of what that should look like when it is done. You can put a picture frame around their plumbing. It's so great. They do a nice job. They are not sloppy with dripping solder around or clumps of solder on it. The responsiveness has always been good. They are responsive, but they try to work with me in the time frame. Depending on my schedule, and their schedule they try to accommodate my time frames. The punctuality when they are early they are on time and when they are on time they are late. They always come about 5- 10 minutes early so they're always on time. They are very professional. When I call up the office to the people who get here. They always call the day before and then they call like an hour before to tell me they're on their way. They are good about that. Everyone I've spoken to seems to be knowledgeable in their field. Everyone seems to have good experience and if they get a challenge they seem to know who to call to get answers. It flows very smoothly. It is a good company.
