Failed to respond to our inquiry (by mail) regarding installation of a sewer lateral or to our inquiry to their website regarding replacement of our oil fired boiler with a gas fired boiler.

Matt from Mattioni conducted a pre-survey of our HVAC system in advance of performing any work.. During the survey we were quite impressed with Matt's knowledge of the HVAC system, the filtration product we were interested in purchasing as well as various levels of annual maintenance available through his employer. Matt performed the survey in a very professional and timely manner.. He took time to explain to us the pros and cons of our system and what could be done to increase it operating efficiency. We were very impressed with both Matt and Mattioni's and decided to contract for semi-annual HVAC Maintenance and installation of two Aprilaire filtration systems. On the day of installation Matt arrived at the scheduled time. He installed both filtration systems and performed a full system check of both the heating and air conditioning components.. Matt's work is of a very high quality and was performed in an efficient, neat manner.. We are quite happy with our experience with Mattioni Plumbing, their HVAC Technician Matt and also the folks we interacted on the phone with during this process.. We would definitely recommend Mattioni Plumbing to our family and friends..

We were concerned about a smell that indicated a possible gas leak. After PECO confirmed that there was indeed a gas leak we contacted Mattioni Plumbing who promptly sent out a technician. He meticulously searched for all the possible leaks and ended by correcting some previously faulty work by another contractor. The work turned into several different jobs, all of which the technician was prompt and professionally communicated the job requirements. Happy to be living in a gas free environment and will use Mattioni again!

Mattioni has an excellent reputation in the community, but tend to be pricey. There is no hourly rate, just a flat fee according to the job, but we believe that "you get what you pay for." The technicians were pleasant and professional and we will definitely use Mattioni again.

Showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

We called a few different companies and they said they will be here within the hour. Their response was the quickest.

The plumber arrived on time. He determined the cause of the problem and completed his repair work in two hours. He used cover for the floor and his shoes. He also kindly answered my questions regarding the problem.

toilet arrived by FedEx, called and scheduled, Norn arrived and installed and finished with cleanup in a hort time.

The job went very well from start to finish.

HVAC yearly maintenance - all is well.

We thought they could improve. They had a scheduled 1 o'clock appointment and we had two other HVAC people coming in the morning, at 9 o'clock, at the appointment for one of the other providers, a guy shows up at the door. He was apologetic, but that was a strike that didn't impress us. I guess he was assuming he'd take a shot and see if he could see us early without calling ahead. So, that was not really great. I know we crossed them off after that day as they were not only pricey, but they were less than dependable on coming at the approved time.

Excellent. The plumber offered several options for repairs: valve replacement or repair of valve to toilet. I chose valve repair which was done quickly to hel minimize costs and professionally.

Greeted on time by Mark W. who was very pleasant ! He went over everything that needed to be done, explaining details, checking water pipe and valves coming into house, showing which to shut off first in case of emergency. He was extremely careful to keep everything clean including wearing shoe covers, putting down large cloths over entire work area and also area where old toilets needed to be taken from house. He was meticulous, efficient, showed me every step of what he was doing, checked flushing many times before caulking to ensure there were no leaks. Cleaned up thoroughly . Explained about cleaning -which cleaners could harm the new toilets, etc. He couldn't have been better!! Prompt, extremely courteous, friendly, efficient, thorough. Would have him back again anytime !

Great. Signed up for the annual inspection plan, and John discovered that the hot water heater's expansion tank had been leaking -- we didn't notice it ourselves, but then I realized carpet in the finished part of the basement adjoining the utility room was wet! So, needless to say, I was very glad that John discovered this before we had further damage. Also, we grounded the propane lines to prevent any problems in the event of an electrical storm, which I understand is now code in most areas (it wasn't when my house was built). I am pleased that these two issues have been remediated! Also got some recommendations on some issues we may want to address in the near future (e.g. battery back up for our sump pump). I feel we got great advice and service.

They did what they were supposed to do but they did crack a sink. They did fix it but it was not the best job at fixing. They would not replace the sink all together they said that would be on me.

We love Mattioni Norm is prompt proffesional and knows his plumbing. He kept us informed during the entire repair and informed us of any potential problems. The gentleman who replaced our water heater were also great!

Noticed evidence of a small leak in the main sewer line. The end cap wasn't properly installed. The Mattioni service rep was on time, fixed the cap, tested it's validity, and was extremely professional. Would use them again.

Great! Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Knew what the problem was and took care of it.

Everything was replaced and all is well once again.

I found it useful to bring a large sample of my paint colors for accurate matching with tiles. Also helpful to take a rough layout and measurements with you. You must schedule an appointment for visiting the showroom. At the initial appointment we reviewed the measurements and layout that I had done. We looked at cabinets, mirrors, fixtures, lighting and venting fans. Tile sample were also looked at. Once the products were selected Mattioni came to the house and took measurements and photos. After initial meeting and in home visit they prepared an estimate and suggested items. the only change I made was to the vanity top. Once all the selections were finalized the estimate was revised and a time schedule was provide. A percentage is required prior to starting work. Their schedule is very detailed as to what will be performed on each day. The total job took 10 days from start to finish. After the work was completed Mattioni will return to view the work and take pictures. they stand by their work. You can select products from the Big Box stores, but if you do that they would need to know the items you will be providing and they will need to be on site prior to start of work. I selected all my products from Mattioni and I am very happy with the end result.

Pro's: -Very good customer service and responsive. -Responsive throughout the process Con's: -The valve for the HVAC humifier leaked (joint solder failed), spraying water on the wall. -They came out within 90 minutes (10:30PM) to fix resolder their installation.

Dave was punctual. He wore booties in the house, which was thoughtful as it was pouring rain outside when he arrived. He began in the basement, inspecting the water main, well pump, water heater and all exposed pipes and connections. Once done in the basement he went on to check all other water fixtures on the upper levels. He then checked water quality.

I called when I heard a bumping sound. I received the appointment date and time I preferred. However, in between my call and the appointment date, the furnace stopped running... They offered me an earlier appointment. The day of service I received a phone call telling me when they would arrive and Chris was right on time. He diagnosed the problem within 30 min and gave me an estimate for the work. He asked if I wanted it completed that day and I said yes. He needed to travel to get the parts and came back and finished the work within an hour. He was fast, clean,professional and didn't try to sell me extra things I didn't need. Kept me informed at all times. Showed me the worn/broken parts. Took all of the mess with him when he went. Will definitely use for preventive maintenance work.
